She did a fantastic job on my older labradoodle! This was our first time, we are new to the area. My dog was very calm when we picked her up. A great experience! Our appointment started and finished on time.

Took my puppy to petsmart for 4 months to get his nails trim and file without any problems. Until this rude and heartless woman touched my dog. I SAW her through the glass, my dog was CRYING and she kept on going!!!!!! Then with the worse attitude, she called me in and raised her voice at me “YOUR DOG ISN’T NICE, HE’S NOT A NICE DOG!!” After she HURT HIM!!!! SHAME SHAME SHAME ON her!! My dog left PETSMART trembling and with his tail between his legs. SHE said “YOUR DOG SCRATCHED ME! Look at my arms??!” YELLED AT ME! She showed me her arms pointing and yelling that my 5 month old 20 pound puppy scratched her. HOWEVER she HAD NO SCRATCHES!

I called The grooming shop in forked River. I explained that my dog had been traumatized by this evil person. I explained to them that my now 6 month old puppy needed his nails cut and filed, but he’s so afraid of anyone touching his paws. I’ve tried at home for days, he wouldn’t let me trim his nails. The nice lady from the grooming shop said “bring him over, I’m sure we can help you. You can walk in, no appointment required.” Took him the next day. They took my dog inside for literally 5 minutes. He came back outside wagging his tail. The lady said “he’s a sweetheart.” I asked her “he didn’t cry?” “Not once, he’s good!” She responded. THANK YOU SO MUCH the grooming shop!!!

NO other shop compares. We’ve used different ladies in the shop also for different services and ALL of them did so great! I have a double coated OES who’s large and can be anxious and they always work so well with him. Highly recommend

Not consistent. My Shih Tzu’s hair looks horrible & as if he did not even get a cut. Money hungry & not going back. Prices are high for poor service.

Love this place, I have been taking my dog there for her nails for the past few months, and she had her first grooming yesterday. They are super friendly and professional.

Our family has been coming here for years. We have 4 dogs (two of which are extremely fussy) who are always well groomed and have never had a bad experience. The girls there always remember little things about each dog and are very careful with whatever condition or behavior they may have.

Our first visit to the Grooming Shop this morning was a wonderful experience. Our Shih Tzu puppy was groomed by Jasmine and I highly recommend her. She did an amazing job! We are so happy with Oscar’s hair cut. He smells wonderful and his little holiday themed bandanna is adorable. The staff is friendly, professional and caring.

We’re already booked for our next visit.

Brought my Boy Ranger in to get his nails done. No fuss no mess no waiting 2 weeks. He loved them!
