I'm truly satisfied with my hair cut. I've been going to MERCEDES. I'M very pleased ???? of my stylist. She's awesome. Also, I have seen : Savanah when MERCEDES wasn't in. I'm doubly pleased with her work as well ???? !!!!

The ladies were wonderful in helping me today. I came in and asked if they donate hair. They were extremely happy to help me. I hadn't gotten a hair cut in almost 2 years. So I had plenty to donate the 12 inches required and still have shoulder length hair. Totally worth the trip. Thank you!
My daughter and I went to get hair cuts today at Great Clips in Milan,IL. So this is 2 separate reviews...
1. Victoria is the lady who cut my hair, She was wonderful, I gave a sketchy description of what I wanted my hair to look like, she completely understood and cut my hair perfectly, she was able to accomplish this while answering phones, checking people in and still making me feel like I was important. - I am sad she had to do this considering there were 3 other ladies there cutting hair and shuffling around not doing a darn thing!
NOW THIS IS MY WARNING - IF YOU GO HERE BE CAREFUL WHO YOU GET!!!!! My daughter got her hair shampooed and cut.... When she was taken back to get her hair shampooed the lady left her sitting there for 10 minutes while she chatted on the phone.... THEN after washing her hair the lady started to towel dry her hair and the lady stopped and told my daughter to finish drying her hair while she took ANOTHER phone call!!! If I am going to pay someone $5 for washing my daughters hair they need to WASH< CONDITION< THEN DRY!!! That is not where it ends - My daughter has long thick hair (if this was too much for the beautician she should have said something) - she told my daughter that she "Isn't combing through all of that" - chopped off the bottom, which would have been fine but then the lady came across a tangle, and instead of combing it out she chopped it off too... so even though my daughter was expecting a hair cut that would be below her collarbone it is now above her shoulders!!!!!!!!! All because the lazy lady didn't want to take the time to comb through her hair....
I called the salon to talk to a manager, but she was not there, I am not looking for a refund (because that would make it seem like I didn't want to spend the money) but I think the management there should probably talk to their stylists to let them know THEY ARE AT WORK - THE CUSTOMER IS NOT THE INCONVENIENCE AND SHOULD NOT BE TREATED AS SUCH.
Like I said, I will go back but ONLY IF VICTORIA IS WORKING
They have no idea what they are doing. Hair was cut shorter than requested, the side that was the longest became the shortest. As completely uneven, even tho I went in to even it out. Couldnt stop they lady due to having to remove my glasses. Absolutely awful. This was the second time Ive went with this experience, gave them a second chance and was still incredibly unhappy.
Never been there. I cut my own hair. I use the laundromat next door and this always pops up. I'm sure they do a great job, but have never been in there myself.
Very unprofessional, or inexperienced I should say. They did a horrible job cutting my hair. They did not follow directions on how I wanted it done. They cut the hair that I told them not to cut and hacked the rest of it. I went in for a forward angled bob , I don't know what kind of hairstyle I came out with had to go back and have her fix it and still horrible job Will never visit again I wouldn't recommend this place even if it was free

Friendly and fast. The ladies cut my, my son's, and my daughter's hair and did a great job! We're from out of town and they were also helpful with info about local attractions. Recommended!
I took my 2yr & 4yr old grandsons here for a haircut. We had two different stylist do their hair. Tiana cut my 2yr old grandsons hair and she done an amazing job she even put gel in it when she was done it was so cute. He was moving his head around on her and she still done an excellent job. We will be going back and I want Tiana to cut both of my grandsons hair next time she is very very good. Thank you so much Tiana!!☺❤
