I was so beyond impressed with the service. Tu gave me the best manicure with dip powder I have ever had. He took such care and time. I have never had someone put so much effort into my nails before. My fiance and I also both got pedicures. Very relaxing and well done as well. The salon is clean and esthetically pleasing. Following this experience this is the only salon in GR I intend on going to.

Tu was amazing! Even though I didn’t make an appointment he took his time and made sure I was happy! He’s very detailed and talented! He was so kind! He did an amazing job! I will definitely be back. By far the best manicure I’ve had!

I don’t normally write reviews but this place was actually incredible. I’ve gotten acrylic nails at a couple other places before and was always unhappy about at least one thing, like the shape would be a little wonky or one of the edges of the nail would be goopy, but the set I got from here was probably the closest to perfect possible. They did exactly what I asked for. Not to mention the service was amazing. Very polite and actually really funny staff, super chill and comfortable to be around. Plus the nails are really reasonably priced.

I’ve been to this facility twice now, once for a pedicure and now for a manicure. Both times I’ve had amazing experiences. First of all, the salon is beautiful. Secondly, their staff are always going above & beyond and actually taking their time with each client. You don’t feel rushed or like they are just trying to get you in and out. Amy did my foot massage/pedicure , and 2 did my manicure. They both were so pleasant to talk to (because I’m a talker and will try to hold conversation), and they both matched my energy very well! ❤️ I will be coming here for as long as I’m in Grand Rapids!

First time coming after a recommendation from a friend. Very clean and nice setting. Deluxe pedicure was great, Shellac nails done well! Will definitely return.

Hard to find pricing and services but I asked for a service menu and they gave me a copy.

Tu is the VERY BEST!! His attention to detail is perfect and he wants to make sure you have the best experience possible.

The salon was so clean and does not have a heavy “salon scent.” They stay open late on Saturday which is so convenient. I will only go to Grand Nail from now on!

Do not hesitate to get your nails done here! I rarely get my nails done, so I wasn't sure where to go and Grand Nail Spa did not disappoint. Tu did an amazing job making my nails perfect and just how I asked! He took his time and made sure to triple check for any imperfections. Definitely would recommend this nail spa and I would definitely recommend requesting to see Tu!

I cannot praise Grand Nail Spa enough! I came here on a whim while I was in Grand Rapids, and it is probably the best nail service I have ever had. My nail technician was very nice, took very careful care of my nails, and really cared about the end result. I'm a nail biter and my hands are really dry, but I came out with beautiful natural looking acrylic nails and softer skin. The building is very clean, there's lots of colors to choose from for the nails, and the vibe is wonderful. For sure the best nail service in GR!
