First let me say that I do not leave bad reviews, but I know so many women try t do something nice for themselves only once in a while, and this needs to be said. I’ve been here many times for pedicures, and the staff is very kind. Pedicures are good- I always leave with my toes looking great. I decided to get a full set of pink and white French stiletto this afternoon. Unfortunately, I’m super disappointed. No prep work to the natural nail bed, so they will not hold up well. E-file bits pulled from a dirty Altoids box. Could not extend the pink outside of the natural nail bed due to their dated techniques, which caused the nail to look short and stubby- nothing like the picture provided. My nails are overly thick, and different lengths, and several have a curve that reminds me of a witch. While on my way home, I’m considering whether I should try to salvage them, or just remove them. Again- I hate leaving negative reviews, but there is no reason for nails this bad.

I will start by saying that my friends have been here and not had great experiences…but I ONLY have Tim do my acrylic nails and he is INCREDIBLE. Does exactly what I ask every time, the nails look natural and aren’t overly thick, and he preps the nail well. My acrylics last for 5+ weeks. All that to say…if you go here, make an appointment with Tim!! He’s the greatest.

Took my daughter here to get her nails done for homecoming. They did such an amazing job that my daughter fell asleep. The design was done free-hand and it looks great! Definitely will be going back.

I went in because I need my nails done before I left out of town and my friend and I went because there was no wait. I got the gel polish over acrylic. I was in a hurry so I didn’t have time to ask them to fix them. It was a simple color and nothing crazy just regular square shaped.. it was $55. You can see how the middle nail is crooked and the index finger just looks off. Overall it hasn’t been been one week since I’ve got them on and that’s what they look like. I think it’s a bit expensive for the service that you get. Only nice thing I guess is they offer water or whatever you want to drink. Won’t be back though.

Overly priced! I was charged extra for shape change, but wasn’t given a shape change on absolutely nothing. Me, and my sister both received the deluxe spa, but my sister was charged extra for shellac add on toes. We received the exact same service, and polish. She was also charged for extra long nails, but her nail length was the normal length of most people’s real nails. When asked about the extra charges the employee just gave nothing but excuses. We became tired of going back, and fourth! Will not be returning!

Very nice nail salon, but I don't really have anything to compare it to because I haven't been to any other nail salons in Jacksonville yet. Quite pricey and they do expect a tip but they can do custom designs that are amazing! ???? Me and my daughters had a nice time.

I was a friendly welcomed walk-in and wanted the dip powder with a set of tips. I absolutely adore the end results and my tech, Angela, was fabulous. She gave her attention to the details my fingers needed. I had rough cuticle beds and working hands with short nails, but now my nails are just the razzle dazzle I was looking for.

I will definitely be returning to Angela and recommend this place to anyone looking to treat themselves.

So had a great experience today with my mother. We got the premium pedicures, and Oh My Goodness is that the way to go! We probably sat there a good hour, maybe more. No wait just pure feet bliss! Massage, hot wax, mask, scrub, more more more. Ugh, such a relief to have such a good experience here! Will be back, may add the hands in next time.
