Food was bland, no taste of anything. Rice wasn't cooked properly and wasn't warm when arrived. Disappointed.

Terrible ...after waiting 2hours 20mins on delivery and ringing to see how much longer it would be the food eventually came and was unedible ...cold and clumped together it was terrible..rang to complain and the lady on phone didn't care or offer to replace food or money that had been spent.. will never ever order from golden palace again...if I could give zero stars I would

Ordered a gravy chip & portion of spring rolls- the container the chips arrived in was not filled to the top & the spring rolls were ridiculously thin & only 2 of them. Tasted nice but portion size was below par

Portion sizes have gotten way to small. Had an order that cost over £45 and didn't even get my prawn crackers. Food was nice enough but considering the price was too much for what I got. Don't think I'll be back

Brilliant every time whether that be ordering inside or via phone for delivery. From the big smiles and efficiency of the front desk staff, the quality and large portions of the food cooked by their numerous chefs and also the delivery drivers being fast and couteous, this is my go to place for my chinese food.

Just got a mix grill, asked for no liver but extra sausage..yes I got 1 extra sausage but not the same as the other sausage obv a cheaper sausage that tasted rotten. I also got a lump of bone with no meat on it whatever that was meant to be and the steak I took one bite and had to spit it out ???? chips was only nice thing about it..Won't be back here again that's for sure.

Rating 1 star only because there's no lower option. I was the first customer in the shop on Saturday evening so naturally you'd think, great everything will be fresh. WRONG - chips and chicken I'm convinced was from the previous night, even the curry had almost went back to paste. Absolutely inexcusable to be serving that any night of the week let alone Saturday!
