I should have known after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures, I had gotten my hair done and even my stylist advised against. My hair apt ran late and I was leaving out of town Monday and golden nails was the only place open and close to me at 6pm.. 2hours before their closing!! I even called at 6pm to make sure they were still open and was told to come in. The lady clearly rushed and had me in an out in all of maybe 30mins and at 6:35pm they closed up and locked the door behind me!!! She didn’t cut my cuticles or shape up my nails in anyway. On top of them having none of the colors I originally wanted and having to come up with something, the glitter I picked was supposed to be a holographic glitter and when mentioned she told me that, that was the color I picked and it matched the blue as she kept putting it on disregarding me when I said I didn’t like it. She also didn’t bother thinning the tops of the crazy amount of acrylic power she put on. I gave it one week to see if they’d grow on me but I still dislike them and even had one nail fall off simply packing my bags to travel and used mail glue to replace!! $50 for this set to me is ridiculous!! It only takes one bad experience and this was mine, will not be back and will also inform friends!

Wife went on Sunday and 2 days later 3 nails have already come off. The nail man painted over her cuticles and didn't clean them up. We have an event on Thursday and now have to go spend another $50 for someone else to redo her set. Very disappointing! Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

The place is not very clean, and the girl who did my pedicure did a terrible job. My nails were cut unevenly, and she painted them a horrific color rather than the color I had chosen. Then tried to talk me into liking it rather than remove it and do what I'd asked for. She was quite rude about it. I will not be back.

Overall my nails and look good.. HOWEVER.. one of the worst experiences at a salon. They were clearly trying to rush me out (I came in over 2 hours before closing). The pedicure was one of the worst I have had.. my feel still felt rough after I left and there was no massage, she literally just wiped the lotion off with a towel instead of rubbing it in. Another girl came to do my nails while still sitting in the pedicure chair, I never mind that they start them then until I realized she planned on doing the whole service there and just plopped the gel light on my lap. The staff was nice and my nails look fine but its frustrating to pay for services and not fully receive them, I was in and out for a pedicure and gel manicure in under an hour.

So, the actual nail job isn’t awful, as you can see. However, the service was subpar for sure. Three employees, 6 customers and they’d start and then to work on someone else and come back. I was there for an hour and a half for just a manicure. They barely spoke to me, maybe twice to ask a question, but that was it. I definitely wasn’t impressed with the service and neither was the lady beside me. At the end, the lady tried to force me to use cash when they clearly accept cards. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Well, upon entering the door there was no one at the front desk to say Welcome! Then I realized the folks who were running the business spoke to me with kind of an angry tone to sit and choose my color and then they would move me to the appropriate seat. I could barely understand them!!! I just want to understand what they’re saying and I don’t want their speech to be delivered in an angry tone. Just saying. I’m tolerant. Just to a level where it feels like they want to kill me!!!

Forgot to paint my nails even though I paid for a deluxe manicure. I had to remind them 4 times to paint them. During my pedicure they took so much skin off my big toe that I got an ingrown toenail that is extremely painful. Completely ruined my eyebrows. They look like a box. Just save your time, money, and pain.
