I come here fairly often as I'm never organized enough to make appointments for nails and they have always taken me as a walk-in. They are good about asking to ensure you get what you want. My only "complaint" is that service is not super consistent between people and so sometimes is AWESOME service and sometimes it's just ok. So I would suggest asking for a specific tech or making an appointment with them specifically.
The lady who had done my nails was very unprofessional, she acted like she was in a rush. She was very rough I had to tell her many times that she was hurting me. Now I know why I haven't been Here in along time the worst ace ever.

The salon is warm and welcoming and very clean. Amy also did a good job on pedi.
UPDATE: Less than a week later, the nails were peeling and lifting. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.
ZERO stars if I could. I do not know how this place is still open. I have lived here for 7 years and I have given them about 10 chances to get it right over those years. The woman kept yanking on my hand despite the fact I complied with her repositioning each time. The services are subpar. They are rude. It is like a big high school clique. They are nice to certain customers and rude to the rest. The place is FILTHY. Save your money. Go to ANY other place than this one.
I normally do not tear down a business but what they did was very unprofessional. You seen I need a fill in and you tried to just cover it up with polish.

Golden Nails was once a go to for me and I have spent several dollars getting my nails and toes done there. However, the customer service definitely isn’t there and they do not value their customers. There are several times that I have waited for a service and have been ignored. On my last visit I came inside and for over 30 minutes and no one acknowledged me or asked what service I wanted performed. After waiting for almost a hour I called and asked if I could schedule to come back in about a hour (since I was already waiting, being ignored and in line with 3 people in front of me). The lady told me no and recommended I come the next day. I had already waited for an hour without being acknowledged, then I was asked to come back the next day with it being two hours until closing. The only thing I wanted was a polish change. That’s very inconsiderate. The owner of Golden Nails is very rude and has HORRIBLE customer service so I will be going elsewhere to get my nails done from now on because my money definitely isn’t valued there.
If you do decide to go there I recommend Tee of Henry. They both are AMAZING. However I don’t care for the manager. She’s very rude.
