Made an appointment for 3:00 don’t get seated until 3:45. Water was cold in the chair. I told the man three times it was cold. He kept saying it’s hot water. It was so cold it was giving me goosebumps. Chair was broken apparently but no discount was even offered. Very upset because this is my normal go to place so if they treat their regulars like this I can’t imagine how they would walk ins. Just bummed because I only do this for myself every couple of months and who can relax with your feet in frigid water. I thought at least a 10 percent off would have been offered.
Will not visit this location ever again. I try not to leave reviews unless it is something that other people should be aware of. It was my first time, and the quality of nail painting was horrible and amateur. I did also notice that they had a serious ant issue near the sink while I was there, and days later, I had bites on my thumb.
It took over 2 hours to get one pedicure because the lady that was suppose to be doing my pedicure left about 15 times to do other things. Her and the other employee next to her wouldn’t stop talking and every time time she was talking she would stop working on my pedicure. I ended up having to tell her to just stop and get my toes polished so I can leave to get to work. They still charged me full price even though I did not receive even have of the services due to their lack of professionalism. I will not be returning to this salon.
I got my nails done on Friday night 3/25/2022. I got acrylic and gel. Basic white gel. The nail tech left a bunch of acrylic under my nails and it stuck to my skin. He also did not paint the full nail, missed the sides and close to the cuticle. My nails are less than a week old and have already started coming off and chipping off. I take care of my nails, I do not bite them or mess with them… I’m very disappointed I spent $60 on nails that aren’t even lasting me a week.

Went in on Saturday the 29th and my polish started peeling that same day. Unfortunately they closed early for vacation, and won’t be back for a week. The staff was nice but this is unacceptable! Including the pedicure my total was $85.00. I could’ve done this myself. Not to mention this is GEL Polish which is $10-$15 more than regular Polish. One of my nails are not even filed correctly. I will not be going back unless this is corrected!!!!
Was very nice. Kinda small inside so probably best to make an appointment? I did not, I was a walk in. They were very nice, Tony gave the best massage with my pedi and Tina surprisingly did my nails exactly how I wear them since I've never been her customer before, she did amazing! I will be making an appointment to go back!
I love the service at this place but they are more expensive than what I'm used to.
