Second time coming here, both times I was asked to pay in cash hmmm. Not sure what's up with that but I don't wanna say what I'm thinking. First time Jessica did a great job. I had someone different this time and she clipped the heck outta my toes and now they're so sore. Probs won't go back.
I just spent $54 at this shop and they destroyed my nails. Unbelievable. First of all they are all different shapes. I had them coffin shaped and asked them to keep them like that but to square them up a bit. The lady made some of my nails RIDICULOUSLY thick and when I told her she had an attitude and kept repeating " let me work". I ONLY paid the full amount out of respect for my daughter because I was not about to argue with these women in front of her. This is the worst fill and gel color polish I have ever had in my life. I will never step foot in this place. Please do not go to this shop and waste your money like I did. I'm currently on my way to get my nails fixed at another nail shop. It's also the first time in my entire life that I walk out and don't even leave a tip. This is 100% outrageous.
Very bad experience at this nail salon. I understand most nail techs cannot do certain nail techniques so I asked prior to my appointment if ombré nails was an option if not I would gladly stick to a solid color. The nail tech helping me seemed new as she didn’t file my nails well, she was slow and I had multiple cuts on my cuticle. She didn’t know how to do ombré so they switched me nail techs. I showed a reference picture and the tech said she would be able to do it. Keep in mind that because she wasn’t the one originally helping me, she had other clients waiting. She rushed the entire process and persuaded me to do “dip” over gel, my guess was because dip is faster. However, in the beginning of my appointment they told me ombré was not attainable with dip powder. My nails were so horribly rushed by her, I swear I am not picky but it was so bad. I kindly asked her to remove them and just leave them clear because it was that bad. The nail tech became super rude with me, telling me it was my fault? I don’t understand that. I had my husband walk in so I could explain to him what happened and she all of a sudden became nice asking me what I was unhappy about so that she could fix it. I would save myself the dispute and go somewhere else
I took my Mom to get her manicure/pedicure before her first mini cruise since the pandemic.
My sister made the appointment for her and I got her there. I decided to get my feet treated since I was there. Jessica helped my Mom and she was EXCELLENT! The lady that did my pedicure did an excellent job as well.
They are clean, nice and very professional. My feet felt better than they had in a while. What I thought was possibly an ingrown toenail was just a buildup of dead skin.
I was a happy camper when I left.
It was horrible! Don’t go here, my nails are burning right now and there’s white splotches. Also, all my fingers bled. Very unprofessional!
Absolutely love my nails, decided to get a new nail color for the remainder of my stay in Long Beach and I'm so happy with how they came out!
My polish came out nice on my Pedicure, but the lady pinched me with the clippers on every toe. Most nail place help you get out of the chair, they just left me there for 40 minutes when I finally figured out how to lift the arm to get out. Mind you I have nerve damage and lifting is hard for me when I am at an angle.
Tracy does a FABULOUS job. Jessica also does massages. This time I got chrome finish.
