I just went to go get my haircut and I still got long hairs everywhere she didn't cut my hair right she left bits and pieces not cut very disappointed
Ladies are friendly. Lashes are available by appointment. Color, cut and style. Ask for an interpreter if you don't speak Spanish.
If I could I would give them zero stars. Went here before and asked for a haircut and ended up paying wayy more than what i thought it should be and when I finally asked in Spanish why it was so much they admitted doing more services on my hair than I had asked for. Won't recommend if you don't speak Spanish because will A for effort they still won't understand much. They also ended up pulling on my hair which caused my gold earring to fall out and instead of trying to help me find it they moved on like it was nothing.
My hair was long and she cut it very long i told gloria to cut it just a little bit and she cut it to much . theres still a long piece of my hair.

Whether we speak to them in English or their native tongue Spanish they seem not to understand, I went in for a pixie hair cut did not get one, my husband asked for hair cut with the clippers w/#3 she wanted to use a #1, my little girl went in for a trim and wanted to give her a treatment seriously over kill and the owner I believe to the hairdresser to get us out as soon as the could. NEVER AGAIN
I been going here since she opened. Every time I schedule a appointment I end up waiting 30 to 45. Plus I always feel like the odd one out. I don't speak Spanish. I always believed in supporting the small business family owned ,travel over 25 minutes to get there as well, and tipped generously, Sammy did a very good job! but I am going to have to find a new hair salon.
