After eight months of trying to quit being a nail-biter, I had to admit defeat and came in to do some damage control. This is the best they're going to look for now. Definitely five stars better than they looked when I came in. John was my technician and he was courteous, professional and didn't laugh (lol) when I showed him my hands. I was just a walk in and since we're traveling through town. However, if I was a near-by resident I'd be back.
Ann did the absolute best pedicure. I didn't feel like she was rushing and she would asking me if I was satisfied with my nail trim, polish and massage. I will definitely be going back to see Ann.
They made both of my granddaughters toenails to bleed and it took over 2 hours for four pedicures to be done even though we made an appointment ahead of time. We will not go back!
I love this salon and the people there so much it makes me want to move to Indio!
I was traveling from Tucson to California to pick up my daughter for Christmas and stopped here on the way.
They were FAST and efficient (I JUST NOW took off the nails) and so joyful!!! Super nice workers and they hardly spoke anything but English.
You know how many nail shop employees speak their language back and forth with each other while they are working on you and you feel like they are talking about you? Especially when they laugh, glance at you, and act like they are better than you...
NOT THIS SHOP.
Every time I pass through, I'll be sure to stop at Glamour Nails & Spa from here on out.
Asked for the nails listed on the top and got something different. Nails weren’t even the same size of the real nails they were on even they just look messy and plus she even cut my finger with the nail filer. Smh with these clear nails you can see the bubbles on the nails and overall my nails at the bottom! Just not it !
My nail chipped 3 days after I had gel manicure done. So disappointed ☹️
The pedicure I got was great. My friend liked hers as well. The staff was very friendly. Prices were on par. The bad thing was that it was very HOT inside. Looks a bit run down. But overall I'd go back once the sun has set lol
I go every two weeks and get a Pedi and my nails done they’re always very kind to me price is good
