Sam is awesome. He makes sure I get what I want every time! It's hard to find a good nail tech these days so I appreciate him for taking his time and making sure I'm happy with my nails ❤️

This was the worst service I ever experienced I will not be spending my money with anyone in this business anymore. I normally get my nails done by Sam but he wasn’t in and I couldn’t wait. I showed the lady my picture and she said she could do it but that was a lie. I asked if I could come back and let someone else fix it but they just made her redo them and I’m still not satisfied. Everyone was rude and unapologetic about the whole thing. I didn’t get anything I asked for.

Got a full set put on. During I asked if they were going to cut my cuticles and she said I had to pay $15 extra, on top of my $45, for that. Didn't cut my real nails so they are long and peeling back. Didn't even push my cuticles back so looked like I needed a fill after like 4 days. One nail broke off on the 6th day. Going somewhere else to take them all off and start again. Very poor quality.

The pedicure was ok, but also not great. Got paint on my cuticles so didn't look professional at all. Not sure why I can't add a picture!?

I’ve been going here for about two years now and lately I’ve been getting very frustrated with this place. One of the techs I believe her name is Katie is constantly on her phone WHILE doing my nails. Making it take over an hour just to get a simple fill. I’ve also noticed that they do not clean ANY of their nail equipment. My nails have lifted only a week after getting a full set. I show up this morning at 9:15 and called twice to make sure they were open (they say the open at 9) and no answer. Don’t say you’re open at a certain time if you’re not. Not to mention some of the things I want done to my nails they have informed me they can’t do which is beyond me considering You’re a nail salon!! Very unprofessional place. I’ve pretty much had a bad experience the past 6 months I’ve came here and today I’ve had enough so I’m writing a review. Get it together!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! The lady that was doing my nails was rushing, she applied acrylic to the bottom for a fill and refused to fill the sides of the nail, when I pointed it out to her she told me to get out. I was very nice to her and thanked her for her time as I left. When I pay my money for a service I expect the service to be provided to my liking. Don’t waste your money for poor service.
