Worst place so far very expensive, and employees do not do their job properly. Very bad service. Employees speak their language and laugh. He was an older man and did not want to fix my nails. They do not deserve a single star. Never again!!
Horrible my situation in this place it was my first appointment in this place in the guy was hurting me my fingers and I told him to stop because it was so hard at the end I told him that I have two fingered the worst pain ever and he said that is not real of my body even that I request to remove that acrylicsy he said that he will not remove it and it will be charged me $10 more this is the worst place ever in the world to do nails and I do not recommend anyone to come to this place the worst customer service and the worst people there lady on the front desk told me that th service was 25 they charge 32
I've been coming for quite many years now. Service is fast and professional.
Cindy did my pedicure and manicure. She took her time and she did an excellent job on my full set. $78 for both because I added extra service for my pedicure and coffin shaped nails.
If It's possible I would rate this place, zero stars. They don't even deserve one star. They over charge for such ugly lazy job. Most of my toe nails weren't even colored all the way. Missed the corners. The nails were done so poorly. So disappointed! It was my first and last time ever going there and i am pretty sure they change the prices at the end. Totally scram!!!
My tech was too gentle. I asked him to put more pressure for the extra $10 I spent on the spa pedicure. So I could have the same type of pedicure as those around me. I was told his feelings were hurt and that no one else would take care of me. Would never come here again. Poor customer service.
AWFUL! My daughters wanted flowers and one got pathetic polka dots the other was unrecognizable. My nail polish had to have something added repeatedly to thin it out to even coat my nails. Charged me more than what was on sign and my pedicure didn’t even clean my feet up. The polish then completely peeled off two days later!! INSANE!!! do not go there!
