I was a regular at Gigi nails because of the location and the salon is also nice. The main guy is super friendly and I always enjoyed my experience there. Unfortunately 4 times between December 2021 and September 2023 my acrylics would lift up shortly after being done and ended up destroying my nails. I have started going somewhere else now and after taking a look at my nails, told this was happening because they were using old powder. If this salon would use proper ingredients they would be great. I think perhaps they don’t value return customers, which is a shame. I cannot recommend getting acrylic or gel nails done here.
My first time visiting Gigis. And I loved it. I showed photos of what I liked and they were able to do exactly what I loved. They even touched them up for free when I accidentally broke a nail 2 days later.
Service, quality and cleanliness is excellent and super great value for money.
Will definitely be going again and recommending to others.
Lovely service I just hate my nails, cried as soon as I left. Paid £43 for a basic style short acrylic full set that I’m just not happy with at all.
Walked in and was seen immediately for a set of acrylics. My nail tech was lovely and happy to do the design from a reference pic I showed. With the design it did cost £45 which I didnt mind paying as it was for my 21st and I am very happy with the results but wouldnt do regularly. The nail tech had me checking throughout to make sure I was happy with how it looks and was happy to respond to any comments. Would recommend!
Absolutely awful service. Don’t come here for acrylics or your nails I’m general. The lady that was pregnant is the worst at nails. What an awful set of nails these were- I requested oval, tell me why they gave me bumpy pointy nails.
Always go here for my nails. The attention to detail is great and their so friendly.
They always try to accommodate my new whacky ideas for my nails.
First time at Gigi nails and it was great! Staff were so friendly and checked throughout that I was happy with the nails, and the attention to detail was amazing, would definitely recommend!
I had a pedicure here and it was fantastic! I used to live in balham and went to Balham Nails and now I’ve moved I’m really pleased I’ve found somewhere equally as good more local
to Tooting.
