Honestly, the coffee wasn't good and the bakery seemed quite dry. On the other hand, the ambience and staff were absolutely lovely. Big comfy chairs, nice decor.

Terrible service from staff that obviously don't want to work there. The cafe could be so much more profitable if they provided a better menu and served hot food after 2.30! Very expensive. People walking out because they had stood waiting to be served for 20 minutes and only 2 people before them!!

Waited a lifetime to be served, cost £32 feed 2 Adults and 3 children sausage roll, cake and a drink. Average at best, very tired facility and very expensive!
Nice quiet cafe.. friendly staff! If you need a toilet and you are unstable on your feet or you use a wheelchair then you can't use the rest room as you have to go down a spiral staircase to the spooky basement that is the other end if the room! ????
