This nail place did an amazing job! The lines on my colored tips are very clean. She took her time to make it look perfect.✨ She was also very good at communicating and sharing her opinion on what usually looks best. Will definitely be coming back!
my toe is now infected after receiving a pedicure from here. i have been here many times before, but the lady i had this time was extremely unprofessional. instead of having a relaxing pedicure, it was painful and not fun. paid extra to get a nice pedi and i got the exact opposite. she was digging at my skin so hard it started to bleed. after my toe nail was covered in blood she kept digging and it was extremely painful. if someone’s bleeding you should ask if they’re okay and stop the service, not just keep digging and making it bleed more. so disappointing because i brought my grandma with me and she was also not happy with how she was treated. thought i found my nail place, but i guess i was wrong. you can see how my right toe is extremely irritated and swollen, it’s been over 24 hours since i got the pedicure and it’s still swollen.
I went to Alex, he does an amazing job. They're not thick and gave me the sharp square shape I wanted. Very detail oriented! I will be returning for sure!
This place has the best nails techs by far. They do an amazing job and they’re all so talented! I love doing crazy designs and they always exceed my expectations!
Great getting us appointments day of, we were seated within a couple minutes of waiting and the salon is kept really clean, everything is nice, and they have a wide variety of colors. But, the two guys who did our pedicures didn’t speak to us at all from start to finish, were super rough and aggressive with moving our feet/legs around/cutting nails/filing etc. Then while getting my nails done the lady doing them burnt me with the drill and said sorry it’s because your nails are lifting. So I asked if it’s time I just get a new full set, and she said no you can get that next time….? Overall, just not a friendly welcoming vibe at all and definitely not the experience I would have expected being we were first time customers there. Would not go back.
I've had a bad experience the last few times I've gone to Galaxy. Most recently, a gel manicure that lasted less than a week. The gel literally started to peel off in sheets. They offered to fix it, which I appreciated since I paid over $100 plus tip for a gel manicure & pedicure. I went back in they were so rude to me. I won't go back.
Came here for my sisters birthday and they truly gave us a 5 star experience. We got pedicures that were so relaxing and great! I would definitely recommend this place!
I think these people are getting too caught up from getting a lot of money from the Draper moms lol. I had an awful experience when I came in to get my nail color changed, they charged me $25 when I had just been in the day before. The swatches on the fake nail looked pink which i had intended to get. the second swatch made them red, at that point I just wanted to get out of the store because I had already been there so long. they should have given me a free color change. I will never be going back here ever again. these people make up prices off the top of their head i swear.
