Terrible experience from start to finish with a surly older woman named Esther. Unless you are a native Korean speaker I would avoid this place like the plague. The standards of communication are primitive and universally rude with finger pointing, no smiles, and curt directions 'Hey! You pay!' The entire experience took 10 MINUTES and they only take cash. Truly awful.

I had the pleasure of getting my hair redone from one of their highly skilled stylists and was amazed by how they managed to give me exactly what I wanted. 갑작스럽게 예약했지만 선생님들이 여러분 있어 바로 예약이 가능했습니다. 깔끔하고 현대식 내부 구조. 무엇보다 좋았던 건 한국에서 온 지 얼마 안 돼 서 한국식으로 설명을 했지만 모두 잘 알아들어 주신 것입니다.

I have had my hair done by Jenny for over 25 years. She is always very friendly and professional that I do not even need to express what I want anymore. Her hair cut stays nice for months and the prices are very resonable.

Barber rushed the cut, I said I wanted a trim, she had other plans and said for my kind of hair is not suited for that. She cut one side extremely short and left the other side fine. She explained its better for when it grows out, I said I'm going to a wedding today and she said it's my fault for not telling her before. Ridiculous.
