Go see Julie! Great service, great prices, always on time! She lets me come with clean and wet hair since I don't like the 'salon sink' - very accommodating and gives great style advice.
Julie is fantastic! For months, I had been considering cutting my hair to a short, messy bob; I made a Pinterest board and everything. Finally fulfilling my impulse desire, I followed positive reviews to Forever Beauty where I met Julie. I showed her photos of the haircut I desired, and she got to work. In under 10 minutes, Julie pretty much finished up chopping inch after inch of hair, leaving my hair fluffy and layered to perfection. She gave me the cut of my dreams, even modifying it just a little so it would best suit my face shape.
The whole experience was lovely; the other stylists were friendly and charismatic with their clients, so the atmosphere was amiable all around. The prices are good too.
The next time I want masterfully cut layers, I know I'll be heading to Forever Beauty to see Julie. I recommend her, as she is skilled in her craft!
Visited for a haircut for the first time today, and Julie was really nice but DID NOT at all give me the haircut I asked for. I used to have long hair down to my hips and I just wanted the ends cut off, she cut it to mid chest. I told her I wanted lots of short layers at the top that end at my shoulder, well guess what, she started the layers at my shoulders down. When I was trying to tell her what I wanted, she kept brushing me off like she knew what I was talking about, without letting me finish. Overall very disappointed with the fact that Julie did not listen to a word I said and now my hair is suffering.
My husband bought me a gift certificate for my birthday to get my hair done and Mike was the stylist that helped me. He completely transformed my hair for half the price I payed at Style America. The salon was clean and professional and my hair looks beautiful. I'm grateful I found a salon I can trust :)
I came in to get my hair dyed. My hair was in need of some color and care. I came in knowing what I wanted and showed the exact picture to one of the ladies working there. She said my hair looked horrible and died my hair a completely different red color than in the picture. It came out a bright red color instead of the color I wanted. I told the lady and she just said that that was the color I wanted. She asked me if I wanted to tone it and I said yes. After she finished toning it it still looked nothing like the picture. She got one of the guys working there to tell him that that’s what I wanted. Thankfully the guy told the lady (Julie) that she messed up. He redyed my hair for about the 3rd time and made it look a lot better but still nothing like the picture. The lady never apologized. After that I didn’t even get a discount on the price. Mike ( the one who fixed my hair) did a great job with my hair, but it still didn’t look like the picture.
I knew Mike when his sister used to owned a beauty shop. He's been doing my hair works for almost 10 years now. Mike did an amazing job to my hair. He knows what's best. He's very professional, kind, considerate, polite, & respectful to all his customers/clients. I would like to recommend Mike to any of my friends, co-workers, and families.
The lady who did my braids did a wonderful job. Almost looked like the braids my mom would have done. Very friendly and kind people. The price was perfect for the job she did to.
Kelly was awesome! I came in not really knowing what I wanted with my hair besides a wash, 3-4 inch trim, and a style. Kelly made me feel welcome from the second I walked in and engaged in conversation with me the entire time she was doing my hair. After she did the initial cut and styled it, she went back in and did some trimming here and there which made me feel like she was paying special attention and going above and beyond to make sure my hair was the way I wanted it. My hair looks great now! On top of the amazing service I received from Kelly, I couldn't believe the total! I had a really bad experience at a "high quality" salon about 6 months prior and paid $60 for a simple wash cut style that I absolutely hated, so I couldn't believe it when Kelly said my total was less than $25!! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Kelly!!
