This is probably on the top 5 burgers I’ve ever eaten and I like my burgers. Service was super friendly and chatty (just like we Spaniards like it) and we were given some bits to try before ordering. I went for the Mega Manc and it truly was cooked to perfection, pulled pork was incredibly tender and smokey, pancetta to die for and the fried chicken was just perfect, crispy and moist at the same time. Burger-eating experience at its best. To top it off they treated us with some spicy chicken chunks and dessert was on the house too (Glad to see businesses that treat their clients so well, big up!). Hats off to the owner and his team, be sure we’ll be coming back for more. Best burgers and smoked meats in Manchester for sure.

Owners are delightful. Cheeseburger was adequate, had some gristle :( The charcoal bun was a novelty. Dirty chicken fries stole the show. Delicious.

If you are a fan of burgers and smoked meats, this is the place you're really want to visit.

Taste out of this world. Reminds me tastes of Texas. Highly recommended. Don't miss out.

The food at this place is off the scale. Amazing burgers Jason the owner is so passionate, every element of his menu has been carefully mastered. It's a place you need to try and you'll be back to try the rest of the menu, my kids love it too.

I honestly tried to find a problem with this place, but the whole experience, from the warm greeting from the proprietor to the end of the food, you feel like it's a different experience.

The quality of the food is sublime, everything cooked to perfection and prepared with such precision and detail that you almost forget that you're having a takeaway burger in your lounge. The owner was very excited and happy to tell us the story of how he got the idea to start this business.

Upon hearing we hadn't been before, the owner, as he wanted our opinion on them, he handed us a taste of their Pitt beans, which were incredible. The taste is almost impossible to describe except "wow!"

Overall, if you're after an upmarket burger, full of flavors, and sides that will blow your mind, then this is the place for you.

The food is still just as amazing, there is now seating to allow you to eat right there! There is car parking and also, they are coordinating order collection times brilliantly to avoid gatherings of people at their premesis. Well done guys!

Amazing food, great quality especially For the price and the service was very friendly and welcoming. As they were near closing the owner very kindly gave us some free deserts, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality food.

I've read comments about being overpriced but they aren't. Not when you consider the quality you get, free local delivery and even free deserts when they are on offer Flames is top notch. Portion sizing is more than generous.

When you consider other big, chain branches, the food and service far exceeds what they offer. I think Flames is the little gem tucked away which deserves more recognition.
