DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS!!!! I had mine done and the lady uses drug store Ardel lashes and way over does on the glue. My natural eyelashes are completely gone. She also got glue on my bottom lashes and ripped them out! She got glue ON MY EYEBALL while she was placing the lashes. These are your eyes ladies please don't come here.
I like this place and their service. I will caution make it clear what you want and intend to pay for because they will automatically provide the most expensive service and charge you for it. They did it to my mom so I wanted to see for myself. I went in and specifically asked for a tropical pedicure, $38 and was clear what I wanted. Pointed it out on the brochure. At the very end I asked how much just to see if they would be honest. They were not, $58 for volcano pedicure. Which is sad cause I support their business. I paid him what he told me and reduced his tip but I still tipped him. I wanted to tip him good for making me feel good and cleaning up my crusty feet... I appreciated his service not the dishonestly.
Update: so I wemt back with my mom who's a regular. The tech asked cause she'd never seen me before or as much as my mom. Mom got volcanic spa pedi and fill: $79. I got basic mani pedi with gel polish and callous rrmoved: $71. What really, I thought to myself. I'd been talking to my home gurl that walked in. My home gurl had let her know I'm good people. I went to pay both our treatments and my treatment was $20 cheaper. I'm happy she finally decided not to gouge me. Just because she didnt know me and thought I was someone new pricing was different. New customer disadvantage. Bottom line is pricing is questionable for real. Treatments is decent depending on who you get. Maybe because I'm not considered a regular even though every time I need these services I come here.
This place is great! Staff are very cheerful and welcoming. The facility is very clean and organized, the way the staff works is also very professional and fast. I have never been disappointed when I come here
