Just had a delicious freshly roasted chicken at fish r us and definitely the best I've had so far????so yummy! Go give it a try!! Highly recommend! Presentation on point!

I bought fish & chips 2 weeks ago and it was awful. I paid alot of money and the tast was horrible. The batter is not the same as i bought before and not cooked properly - burnt. Also, I bought kebab and that too tasted awful. There was no taste in it at all and it was a bit raw. A new owner has taken over and the service and food has gone down hill. It use to have nice fish & chips - very disappointing- will not recommend or buy from here anymore.

Avoid like the plague!

We ordered from them last week after they sent out leaflets with competitive pricing compared to our local. The meal itself was 'ok'. Chips were soggy but the fish was nicely cooked.

However, we noticed after that they had charged exactly £10 more than they were supposed to. When we complained, they said that their prices had gone up and the extra had to cover delivery charges. This is despite the fact that they were advertising free delivery and the price list was posted merely days before.

Not a good look when you're trying to get new customers and the first thing you do it try to steal from them.

Horrible service, change your ways please and serve your customers fresh food. I am in disbelieve that you even have the guts to sell stale burnt chips .

Asked for garlic sauce, and got a stupidly hot chilli sauce and you have to make the kebab yourself!!!! A literal pile of salad, meat and bread that you then have to construct yourself which I can't do as well a trained kebab maker.

Overall unimpressed, plenty of other kebab shops around the area I'll be using in future.

I haven’t been here for awhile but I will definitely make this a regular haunt now, with a classic to my childhood days of pea fritters, spam fritters and luscious crispy battered haddock the place and price is great with seating in the back, not to forget the slushies are cool too.

Med cod was lightly battered & cooked perfectly. Chips freshly cooked too. My husband had the chicken shish kebab & he was very pleased with the taste & with the presentation.

Very friendly service.

Myself and my son Kieran go to this fish shop most days and their food is delicious, their chips are some of the best in Crawley. Would definitely recommend to anyone, the owners are also very lovely people.
