This is the place to go!! Jen is my fave but I would not pass up an appointment with Tina or Vinnie! Don't forget about Steve, Kim, Becky, or Hugh either! I've been visiting this place since it was in the Woodville Mall and have never had a problem. It gets a little crazy at times, just be patient or set an appointment, it's worth the wait. They do phenomenal designs too. I cannot say enough about how much I love this place! They do the best at making my old lady man-hands look a little more feminine.
I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and i’ve had nothing but great experiences. I normally go to Tina, but whenever she is booked, I head over to Steve. Both do amazing work! They make sure you like whatever you get, and always take their time . A lot of the time, I show them photos of what I want, and I have never been disappointed. Tina has always done above and beyond for me. She and her husband, Vinny, run an amazing business. Everyone is super friendly from their secretaries to their nail techs! My daughter and I have been visiting First Nails for 8 years now, on a regular basis, and have never been dissatisfied. We see Tina and Kim, who are always friendly and professional and do great work! Would highly recommend them!!!
Super super low quality. Recommend going anywhere else. Nail tech told me prices were very reasonable then charged me $52 for uneven crooked sloppy french tip gel fill. You can see my old red polish on every one of my fingers because he didn’t even take all the old gel off.
Love this place & all their staff! Tina always goes above and beyond and she’s so sweet also she does an amazing job whether it’s nails, toes or brows!
This was my first visit. It was easy to make an appt online and Steve was great and quick! He's been doing nails for over 20 years and can probably do the job with his eyes closed! I made my next appt with him. The staff were very nice!
About 5/6 days later my acrylic nail just came off clean and another mail chipped

I have mixed feelings about this place. The nail technicians are nice and friendly, but the service can be quite slow at times. I've had appointments where I had to wait for over 30 minutes past my scheduled time. It can get frustrating especially when you have other plans for the day. However, when they finally get to you, they do a great job on your nails. The designs are always creative and unique. I just wish they were more efficient with their time management.
I used to love coming to First Nails, but lately, I've noticed a decline in the quality of their work. The last few times I've gotten my nails done, they chipped within a couple of days. It's disappointing because I used to have long-lasting manicures from this place. I'm not sure what has changed, but I hope they can improve their durability.

It's one of the reasons why I keep coming back. However, I do wish they had more deals or promotions for loyal customers. It would be nice to get some discounts or special offers every now and then.
