I brought my daughter in to get our nails done. The young man that was doing her nails was so rude and disrespectful because of the language barrier I couldnt understand him so I repeated my questions until I could understand his answers. She got acrylic Thursday and it's only Monday and she only has 5 nails remaining where they have popped off like glue on nails. I was told hers would cost $33.00 but when the young man was done he charged me $50 because she got 2 different color polishes that were gel polishes. That's a $17 difference than I was originally told. We will never go back here. Such a waste of money and they will not make it right. I do not recommend first nails to anyone.

They don't do designs anymore they think a stencil is ok... And everytime I go the young man is very rude has no manners! And they never have time for walk ins.. but says walk ins are welcome, they are never busy the woman that helps is very rude as well and rushed through painting and doesn't pay attention

I have high standards from a nail salons. I typically travel to get my nails done, but i was in a pinch. The lady that did my toes and eye brows were great. The man who did my nails rushed. I have ridges in my nails and the polish is over my cuticles. Very sloppy and highly dissatisfied. I felt like i was a bother and he didn't want to be there. I am not a nail professional but these look horrible. Hopefully no one will notice. Would not go back, i will continue to drive a hour away to get my nails done. Place could deff use a good scrubbing as well.

I think this place makes up a different price every time I go . I have went a few different times and two times I had a fill in and color. I paid different price each time I went. Today I went and got a new set with gel polish . They charged me more than I have ever paid for a set of nails . The guy that did my nails was so rough with me . One time I went and the guy was so rough he made my finger bleed. I will not go back to this place .

He did a AWFUL job on my nails . They are not even , smooth or anything . They have globs of acrylic . All because he was worried about being on his phone ! I got my nails done for my wedding and they look awful ???? I will not be back .

They took me in real quick. Didn't offer to actually give me a full mani. Didn't put cuticle oil on anything of the sort. After 3 days my "gel" came off. I've been having my nails done for about 3 years. This is the first time EVER across the entire U.S. that literally this has happened to me. I'm either wanting my nails done with a full manicure done the right way or a refund. I expect the best from any of the nails salon I go to. First impression of the first nail salon I've been to in North Carolina I'm highly not impressed.

I had called to make an appointment and was told 9 AM I get there and the man says what can we do for you I was like I need a manicure and pedicure. The girl took me for the pedicure and did a fine job. Then I waited for 2 hour for the manicure the man took 3 yes 3 people before I decided to leave and go to another place. I will never go back.

Nope, never again. My daughter came here to get her acrylic nails removed...took over 45 minutes...they even tried just peeling them off at first!? Can you say painful? They finally decided to soak them after she jumped from pain three times and I said we're leaving. Good grief. Never again.
