Service is great! There are 25 sauces available for you to choose from. Desserts are good especially the toffee pudding. The steak however was slightly disappointing. Ordered mediam rare but it was too cooked on the outside.
Nice restaurants with a very good concept. Quick service, fast delivery and tasty food. The twin jacker burger is really worth to try. Enough for the big eaters among us. They have a rack with many different sauces to choose from. Place looks good, comfortable seats and nice food. What else?
The staff were really friendly however getting their attention for drinks wasn't easy as the staff did a fair bit of standing around chatting to each other.
When the food arrived it was lovely and none of the party had any complaints. It does feel a little expensive though as everything is an extra even chips (£3.50).
Afew of the party ordered desserts and they unfortunately spoiled and good main. Double waffle stack the waffles were both cold and hard and the cheesecake base tasted like it had been left out all day.
Overall burgers very good but desserts not so much.
Nice place, the brugers taste good but the chips are a bit basic. Loads of sauce's to chose, like over 30! The service is really good with our waiter making conversation and having a few jokes. Chilled atmosphere with low music playing so it's good for lunch time conversation.
Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff (especially Jamie) and the food is very good. Can’t complain really. Easy menu & decent selection of draft & bottled beers. Also caters for vegan/vegetarian oddballs!
First visit to Firejacks and these guys know how to feed you! Full rack of ribs and chicken skewers were delicious! The ribs are lean and juicy and the sauce compliments it perfectly. The restaurant decoration is fresh and designed for comfort and socialising. The staff are friendly and the food was served in good time. All in all a perfect night out and I'll surely be back again soon!
Amazing!!! The food was beautiful and the service was so fast. We enjoyed the variation of the sauce bar and the burgers we had were delicious. Five stars guys well done ! (Definitely recommending to a friend)
Been here several times and had their sharing platter. Ordered the same plater which was on the menu and looked the same, however I didnt notice that the original ribs had been taken off the platter menu information and replaced with rib bites. I did feel a little annoyed because the dish I always have has always been a nice dish but rib bites were really a disgrace and a bit of a cop out. They looked like charcoal burnt pieces of meat. Honestly tried to cut a piece to eat but they were solid. The rest of the meal was ok but had to voice my opinion as it was disappointing
