Ridiculously long wait for uninspiring lukewarm burgers!
All was going good, our drinks order arrived within 15 minutes and our food order was taken. This is the point it all went wrong! It took 30 minute's for our chicken wings to arrive, and at this point we ordered more drinks. This was followed by a 40 minute wait for the drinks to arrive and the starter plates to be taken.
45 minute's after finishing our starter's we asked how long our main course would be? We were told our order was next out, 30 minute's later we asked the cook (not chef as a chef wouldn't serve cold food that's supposed to be hot) how much longer? And was told it coming! We was about to leave 20 minute's later when it finally arrived.
The good points here are there is loads of places to park outside with a number of disabled spaces. However there are steps at the back and quite a few stools so you should be advised to book in advance and advise them.
Overall? Don't bother, you'll waste an evening and leave feeling like you've been on a 3 hour odd flight with all the stiff joints to match.
Possibly the best easting spot I've ever been to, the food was fantastic, the service was brilliant.
It's a very clean, spacious place a nice chilled vibe.
Definitely recommend if your visiting the area.
Expected this to be a bit more special than it was. Strange atmosphere. Food was average at best. Very cheap ingredients. Burger buns quite stale. Menu reads good but execution is terrible. Service not brilliant. Sadly won’t be returning.
Never been here before, think I'd go again.. although we went week before Christmas and was actually not very busy, which I think helped service. The food was ok I didn't order anything too 'out there' so not sure what anything more now flavour combination would be like. The server was very nice and friendly. Handy location for the cinema afterwards.
Clean an tidy place. Friendly staff and quick service. Thanks to Michelle an pat for their polite an friendly service. Food was cooked perfect an tasty. Will definitely come again. Order is salmon with maple glaze, halloumi fries and sweet potato fries. Good vegetarian menu.
This was a disappointing experience. For a steak restaurant we had expected better. Steaks were all over cooked, medium came well-done, rare came medium, well-done was chargrilled! I would therefore recommend ordering towards the rarer side accordingly. Their chimichurri sauce for the steak was nothing like what was expected. The ice cream special of the day had crystallised, however vanilla was fine. Drinks orders were slow, and only half arrived for a good while. However, on a positive note, our waitress was thankfully very happy, polite and helpful, quickly chasing when the orders weren’t fully delivered, and generally went above and beyond to ensure she did everything she could to make our visit enjoyable. What fab place to eat and drink, ordered chicken tower pleasantly surprised...Nice flavours and great combination. Services was spot on nice and friendly, excellent throughout.
A great pre-cinema dining spot. Service is always friendly and reasonably quick if you’re trying to make a screening at Cineworld. I’ve dined here 4 or 5 times over a 12 month period, steak is always cooked as ordered, there’s a good variety of sides and specials - and the wide selection of accompanying sauces is a nice addition. Overall - it’s a good spot, marked down if only because the value for money comparable to similar restaurants is a little on the more expensive side.
