Friendly, clean and lovely atmosphere. Went into buy ice-cream for my nieces and sat in, we chatted and had a great experience.
I am so sorry but i must be honest it is not gluten free and this time im kind of glad, my wife and kids got some suppers from Ferri's and i think their fryer must be empty as all the oil was in the 3 suppers we had ordered.
Fish was delicious, staff friendly. Ice cream is so good. Highly recommend.
Would like to say a big thank you to Ferris Cafe who kindly donated a big tub of ice cream to Gatehead Community Council for the kids summer disco. The kids love their ice cream cones.
Paid bill was asked for another 5.20 when asked to check as I had been overcharged on a few occasions was told it was only another 3.20 owed as she had overcharged me the first time yet again hannah came over and said the girl is only new and if I don't like it find some where else to go which I done thank you frydays food delicious staff friendly. Food at ferries fine but some of staff down right rude
Food quality was very poor ... macaroni was tasteless and overcooked, black pudding was undercooked ... pizza was soggy and full of grease .... whole thing was just disgusting ... only thing tasted ok was the fish and chips ... will not be using again.
