I must start of by saying the staff is friendly. however the quality of hair does not match the prices. last but but not least the chinese (female) owner is rude and nasty. Why bother come into our communities to sell your products if you don't have no respect for us. I will never patronize this business ever again.
Don’t buy from them, do not support, after years of my money sustaining their business, I was sold a faulty product and they would not even issue an EXCHANGE. The owner is RACIST as well.
I've been going here for all my hair product needs for years. This store never fails me.
I only needed hairnets for work and the guy said they were closed at 6:43. Great way to close customers when there are 17 minutes for me to grab hairnets and pay. Would’ve been out in two minutes. I had come straight from work to meet the cutoff time and got disappointed. I just moved to the area but I guess I’ll find another beauty supply that closes their door at their STATED time.
I bought 2 packs of tape in hair the hair didn't even last long and the paste for it didn't either.
I like buying my supplies from here because they do have everything and i mean Everything. But, the employees need to be a little more nice to their customers. They're sometimes rude and on top of that, they stare at you hard when you enter the store, like you're about to steal something. It's ridiculous. Just a few days ago, I went to go buy hair shears. I see they were getting ready to close, even though it was 7:30 (the store closes at 8, according to the hours listed) and while I was going to buy the shears, I was getting rushed out of the store by one of the ladies. Like c'mon man. You don't do that. Very unprofessional. I would stop shopping here, but not a lot of beauty supply stores have the products they have and the location is right near my place, so it's convenient. It's unfortunate that the employees treat their customers that way. We're the reason this shop is even still standing. If it continues like this, i’m going to have to take my money elsewhere. So, I would try to be more polite, or replace your employees with nicer ones. Thanks. Lastly, I was going to give this place four stars, but I took one more off because the prices are laughable.
The staff follow you around the store as you shop. You're better off shopping online!
So disappointed in this store, the young women assisted me gave excellent service, but what I didn’t like is she doesn’t get the $5 for cutting the lace off my wig.. They are taking it at the register.. I’m told it goes to the company.. I would not shop there anymore since they want to rob their employees of a little tip smfh… and I did tip the lady for her service, u crooks
