Unfortunately the hair selection is minimal. They lack prices on most products and get an attitude when you have to ask for prices. This store is close to my home but I have to drive further away to get great customer service. The black male employee is very rude as well. He does not even look you in the eye when he speaks to you. Do avoid this store if you want a good shopping experience.

A great hair selection and cute colors are available for extensions. Workers are polite and helpful! I was searching for kinky hair extensions and they have had a wider selection than other stores that meet my needs! Keeping this location in mind for future purchases ????????

I have shopped in this store and purchased all types of supplies. Each time I noticed that the African lady with the weave has a nasty vibe. She will keep working on stocking even if she has customers. Many customers get fed up and leave. She deliberately does not help the customers try on wigs or help to pick any hair products. She will point to where it is. Her goal is to get you to leave..

She is never pleasant and acts as though she does not have to help the customers. She's been here for years with her fd up attitude. She does not like her job. She does not offer help and support to her customers. The wigs and the human hair wigs aren't any good either. Better products can all be found on amazon. JENNIE YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS. THAT LADY HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE. ALL BLACK AMERICAN AND WEST INDIAN and you don't hire any. Yet you have this one with a nasty attitude. We can all go else where. As for me. I will.

Highway robbery. Almost $200.00 for a wig that’s not even a lace front but instead, a lace CLOSURE. The quality of the hair isn’t even that good to be charging that amount in a beauty supply store. Any wig that’s not straight had very dry, laughable quality, almost as if they were trying to pull off a synthetic wig and charge it human hair price. Who are they kidding here? A complete rip off. Never coming here again. Disgusting how they overcharge the community.

Second time going to this establishment and tho the wig section is fully stocked... service was not great. The 1st time shopping the sales lady was very rude. I understand due to covid some supplies aren't allowing customers to try on the wigs on display but if there isn't a sign stating so then how are customers suppose to know not to even touch them. I asked the lady to bring out one that was on display in another color so I can see the color I originally wanted and once she brought the package out she said if touch the box you buy it. SMFH!! Even asking questions about the quality of the hair seemed like it was a nuisance to this lady..Needless to say I rather take my money elsewhere.

I absolutely love this place. I have a tendency of looking things up on Amazon anywhere I go for electronics, makeup and toiletries just to make sure I’m not paying more than what’s in front of me. 98% of the items at Feel Beauty are priced so good, I don’t have to order on Amazon. (This is my little trick that even Best Buy reps knew and they’d leave me alone unless I asked for assistance lol)

The hair and wig section is spaced and stocked very well and there’s always someone there to assist with the lace fronts, etc.

I would say the Gun Hill location has so much more than the one in Pelham Manor, nevertheless I’m very happy to see multiple stores opening up.

I don’t know what I would ask to add or change just yet, but when I do, my review will be updated.

I will never shop at this store ever again and i will advise my friends and family to do so as well. I was racially profiled because of my skin color. My girlfriend and i was shopping for hair supply. We was followed all around the store by the security guard. I told the manager that i felt uncomfortable about the situation. He did not show any sense of remorse. He could careless about my shopping experience.

Staff is helpful. They have a huge selection of product. It’s always clean and organized. And there is a parking lot. They have many mini version of products as well which is great if you want to try before buying the regular size product and it going to waste. If your in the Bronx and need hair product, this is your one stop shop.
