Very unhappy with the finished product of my nails only reason I don't give them a single star is cause they weren't super rough with my fingers. I'm a dishwasher and my hands hurt after a long day at work. I appreciate how gentle they were but I've never seen nails do what mine are doing literally the next day of having them done. They are coming apart and look disgusting. I can't even explain how upset and angry I am. $55 is a lot for me as i don't get paid much as it is and the one time I can afford it I'm regretting even going.

Went in for a full set, was told to pick a color, picked it with my boyfriend and as they started doing my nails they wouldn’t quit saying i should get gel nails so they wouldn’t chip, for $5 i got them so they would leave it alone. not even a week later i have two nails chipping, nails feel like they are lifting and the guy who did my nails didn’t fill them all the way in, to i guess make them “grow out faster” he also took his sweet time doing them.

Best Pedicure massage I've found, great on pressure points. Highly recommend extending the Pedicure to the longer / better spa packages. Manicure was well done, this is Cat Eyes -uses a magnet to give the polish dimension.

I've been coming here for a while now with no major issues. I get LCN gels with gel polish. They always glide smoothly through my life unscathed until time for my next fill. Today I got the new guy, Nam. He's absolutely amazing! I haven't had the pleasure of a nail tech this good in 20 years! Thank you Nam! See you next month!

Their sign says full set LCN $55 and up. They charged me $100. It also says strong, flexible, no lifting, no chipping, and that's guaranteed. I asked they be short. They left them long. After a week one lifted, chipped, and broke. I came back to fix it and was chastised for getting them long. $100! Lasted 1 week!

They do not care about customer satisfaction, if I am paying for my nails I should get what I want not what the Nail Tech wants to do. Simple. Customers should not be lied too just to get our money, because now I am upset and unsatisfied and got over charged for not liking my nails. DO NOT RECOMMEND especially if you would like a design.

Don’t come here if you’re a tourist. It was obvious they cared more about the work completed on the locals than us, which I get to a certain extent. 3 of us came in for vacation pedicures and we each had bad experiences with our different nail techs. I asked repeatedly to have the pumice stone and blade scraper used on my feet because the dead skin. I watched as other people had it done and even pointed to another person having it done and explained I wanted that and asked if I had to pay more for it I would. They just never would. Came time to pay they tried to charge me full price, I said no I didn’t get a full pedicure I’m not paying full price. They did discount $10 but it was incredibly frustrating because I wanted that service.

Got my nails and toes done. The next day after my nails got done, my ring finger nail came off. My toes got done with gel polish, and the polish has came off. Very disappointing.

Definitely would like my money back!
