This nail salon is bright and clean. The staff know nails and are very good at what they do. Prices are about average. I was impressed. I recommend you get there when the door opens. It gets busy. No appointments necessary.
I went to get a fill in and got turned away because my nails was long what type of nail place is this I would not recommend coming
Went here and got a gel mani and a pedi white tips! They did an amazing job and very nice and professional. I love how much passion they have in doing nails and making sure it is always perfect for the customer. Will come back again!! Thank you for having me!
I came in for a gel mani & pedi…. The owner (I assume) started with my manicure….she pulled 2 tools out of the draw…I asked her if she could spray alcohol on her tools. (We are on the backend of a pandemic) I guess she was offended by my request bc She responded by telling me if I don’t like her I can leave. Shocked, I asked her why wouldn’t I like her. She told me again to “leave bc she isn’t doing my nails.” Everyone in the shop was hearing her put me out. ….I tried to explain why I’d like her to put alcohol and that I was a returning customer. She started talking in another language to the other nail techs. I felt so Embarrassed & disrespected I left.
I come here whenever I am in Gastonia. To be honest, it’s nothing fancy when you walk in, but I don’t really care about the scenery. Each lady that has done my nails has been very very sweet. I’ve never had to wait as they have several women doing nails. The lady I had yesterday was so very kind and wanted to make sure I liked the color and how my nails were done. They also came around and offered bottles of water which was nice.. not every place does that. I’ve left happy every time I have been.
Great service. After going to Beverly Nails 2 weeks ago for my daughter's prom I was unsure of trying another place. At Beverly Nails they were so rude. Here at Fantasy Nails they were so so nice. They took time with us and did a fabulous job. Their prices are some of the best around. They aren't the fanciest place but that is out weighed with the awesome service. We will be back!!! Gel matte
I love this place! The lady’s are so sweet and do a great job. I always feel so welcome when I come in. I almost always get French tips on my toes and fingers and they always come out amazing. Highly recommend.
Tom did great work on my nails. After doing a ton of work that damaged my acrylic with lifting and breaking to on of my natural nails (from a different shop) he made them look like new. I was expecting to have to get them removed and do a whole new full set but he made them look like new. He was very engaging and held a full conversation with me.. time passed so quickly. 100% satisfied and I highly recommend!
