First, they open at 9AM and not 8:30AM!
Second, if you want a place to get your hair done at an affordable price, this is it! Ladies, do not sleep on this place. Just see from the pictures below and you can tell they take their time when they do hair. Each head they do has its own personal touch. Mary is usually booked, but everyone has their own technique and braids really fast. I love the designs, I love the women, and I love my hair!
Took my daughter to get her hair done. They said come at ten the place wasn’t open. They had an emergency but ok I understand that but ppl been waiting since 930am and u they didn’t even let them know. So they start everyone’s hair that was there before us like they should do to appts. Now time is going by a hour than two hours we still sitting. All the could tell me is someone is coming and the been saying this for two hours tho. So I ended up leaving. I been goin to them for years for me and my kids I guess that’s the end gotta found me a new braiding shop
I like them bc they are fast, but when u call for an appt and your stylist shows up n hr later, it is disturbing.
Waited a hour for stylist after scheduled appointment time. Came with an attitude after asking what i wanted. Did another persons hair 30 minutes into starting mine. My hair definitely showed that she didn’t want to do the job. If people are going to have to sit around waiting regardless of appointment the establishment should be a lot cleaner than what it is. With that being said definitely don’t have to worry about me returning. Do Not recommend.
They do excellent work and will be returning often to get my hair done.
T asked for a specific style. A crocheted Mohawk.Even showed the lady a picture. She said she knew how to do it . I provided my own hair because I needed it a specific color. The lady did it the way she wanted to do it. It looked nothing like the picture I showed her nor did it look like a Mohawk! Plus she charged me more than the person she did just before me who got her full head crocheted but mines was only half because it was a Mohawk. I would support their business again.
Horrible. Called and asked if they could do a style. They said yes and then 2 weeks later the braids came out. I told them and they said it not their fault they wont refund or even partially do it.
