My daughter and I went to get our nails done tonight. We will not be back. My nails (the french manicure) are ridiculously thick which is surprising because more than half of my fingers were cut during the filing process. So sore and raw I can’t remove these nails until my hands heal.
My daughters nails (supposed to be gray coffin) are an absolute joke. They’re not even, the shape is horrific, polish all over the place. I truly wonder if the woman that did hers has ever done nails before.
Wish I could give zero stars. Beyond disappointed!
Went in with my friends yesterday, we all got a full set with polish, and only one of us walked out liking our nails. They rushed, and were extremely rude to people coming in and out. The acrylic is lumpy, and my fingers were cut in three different places. Polish is bad, some parts are see through, and there's random glitter stuck in some parts. Awful.
My friend and I went together she was getting mani/pedi I was just getting mani. They started her toes while I waited 20 minutes to start my nails. Which was fine and normal. I then got my nails done, they finished mine and I waited 20 more minutes for them to finish her toes. When they finally finished her toes, the woman tapped her shoulder and said "you come back tomorrow for your mani" they still had an hour left before closing and we had come originally 3 hours before closing. We went to another salon that was willing to take her that night.
Went in for a pedicure. The lady did not clean the tools between customers and reused the foam toe dividers. Not only that they were rude to my daughter on a different visit laughing at her short nails. I will not return
I really like my nails. The woman that gave me the service was nice, all the place it’s clean.
It was pretty nice but there was a kinda long wait because most of the staff was on vacation and staff if kinda rough on feet
The technician cut my skin instead of my toenail and it has literally been bleeding for 5 days now. Its painful and there will be major problems if it gets infected. The matching manicure chipped the same day that I got it done.
I usually don't write reviews, but I had to with this place. Poor service and quality. The nail tech rushed on my nails, tried to literally talk me out of getting the service I wanted. I wanted the colored acrylic with coffin shape. My nails are thick, not filed down and shape like my desire style. She did not wash the seat off or her hands after each customer. When I addressed these things nail tech acted like she did not understand my meaning. I will never return to this shop! I do not recommend this place
