When I called the person I talked too wasn’t very friendly. When I walked in a lady just pointed towards the nail polish and said choose color. You couldn’t tell where she pointed cause she seemed like she was rushing but she was not friendly in her approach either. The lady who did my nails was nice but the nails were sloppy. Cuticles weren’t done, parts of my nails were thick in gel so they looked distorted. Not all nails looked bad but definitely 5 out of 10 nails looked bad. Some didn’t stay on. I litterally lost 2 in 2 days. I’m currently using Angel Nails. They do amazing and my nails look flawless and clean.
I have taken my kids to get mani pedis and staff is great and friendly. I also use the tanning beds and they are always clean! Very happy with Fancy Nails :)
Worst fill I've ever had. I have 3 visible cuts on three different fingers, two of which were cuts from a NAIL FILE, the rest are from their machines. I have polish everywhere, glue everywhere, the polish on my nails is terribly done. This is terrible work. This is the second time I have visited this salon, on my last visit (with a different technician) the shellac popped off after a week on 4 of my nails. When I say popped off I mean, it literally came off in the shape of my nail while I was typing on the computer.
I will no longer be returning to this business and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Worst place in Walla Walla for acrylic nails. They are a disappointment.

I went to go get my nails done as almond shape and the lady made them like trangle tips and she fileled to much on the sides
First time I had been there. Great atmosphere and super nice staff!! I had a pink and white done. It is a type of French manicure and I am loving it!! The price was less than I expected which also made it a great experience.
I liked the pedicure to a point. I had the top level pedicure with a wax garment but they didn't do my whole foot and cover it with a mitten like I was used to from other places. Actually only a couple of places where they have done that wonderful was treatment. I liked all of the lotions used and how clean she got my nails. My feet feel real good the next evening even. Would just like a more thorough higher level treatment. Everything else was fabulous. The massage chair was real nice! THANK YOU for the treatment.
