Now the value is good, but I wasn't impressed with the treatment. They weren't very happy to see you or greet you, like where I usually go across town. This will be my first and last time coming here. I would rather go to the southwest and be treated kindly and talk to while getting my pedicure service then totally ignored. No conversation whatsoever with the young girl that was doing my feet. She wasn't rude, she was nice, but like I said no conversation whatsoever. Felt like a traditional chop shop
My husband went for pedicure and I called and she said to come right up. Then when he got there she just cut his nails. She told him I don’t have time to do a pedicure. She cut his nails Only. His cuticles are bad too. And she told him to go! ????. Terrible service.
Went in for fills, Tina did a great job. She was very detail oriented. Will be going back, already booked my next appointment!
Always friendly! I've been going there for years, and I can always count on them to do a great job for a great price!
Price listed for a manicure AND gel polish was 27$. That's what I asked for. A man started the job by soaking off my old polish, which I appreciated. But then another walk in, like me, came in for a pedicure. So he started on her while my polish was acetone soaking. Totally fine. Then when another lady was done with another customer, she spoke to him and she came over to finish with me. Also fine. But, she tried to just paint my nails without doing a manicure so I let her know that she needed to do the manicure. She should have known. It really felt like she was going to just put new gel polish on real quick and go ahead and charge me for the manicure she didn't intend on doing. She also had me cure longer than I should have on one hand just because she wasn't ready yet to do the other hand due to distractions from business. Then at checkout she charges me 30$ which was 3$ more than price listed and the gentleman that started on me confirmed the price listed for manicure and gel polish at $27 was correct when I first got started with him. I bought this service on the 25th of March and by April 1st two nails already peeled off, from the hand she had me cure more than was needed. So it felt like she tried to rip me off, then over charged me, and did a poor job. I used to do gel nails and very well know not to cure longer because it affects the nails. Bummer for them because I will never go back and it was not a good experience. I really didn't appreciate being overcharged and was more upset she tried to skirt around the manicure part. Go elsewhere. Maybe had the gentleman finished on me it would have been different.
Very good experience my nails are perfect so was my pedicure this was my first time will be going back for sure so happy I went there ☺️
I have been here several times. Glad I came back. Good service and Daisy was able to help my injured toe. So rexaxing.
I had to travel from the opposite side of town to go back to Fancy Nails. This is the only place I’ve ever used that has such good quality. The last few salons I had used I had so many issues with the gel peeling before even 2 weeks. At Fancy Nails even 3 weeks later the gel is still in tact! They are very professional and courteous. Worth the drive across town for sure!

Quick Facts About Fancy Nails

Strengths:
1) Good value: Several comments mention that Fancy Nails offers good prices for their services. This is a strength as it attracts customers who are looking for affordable options.
2) Detail-oriented service: Some customers appreciate the attention to detail, especially when it comes to nail fills. This shows that the salon has skilled technicians who take pride in their work.
3) Long-lasting gel nails: One customer mentioned that the gel polish lasted for three weeks without any issues. This indicates that Fancy Nails uses high-quality products and provides a professional application process.
4) Professional and courteous staff: A few comments highlight the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. This suggests that the salon has a welcoming and customer-focused atmosphere.
Weaknesses:
1) Lack of friendliness: One customer mentioned that they were not greeted or treated kindly during their visit. This indicates a weakness in customer service and may lead to a negative experience for some customers.
2) Inconsistent service: The comment about the husband's visit suggests that there may be issues with consistency in service. Cutting nails instead of providing a full pedicure and not addressing cuticles shows a lack of attention to customer needs and preferences.
3) Lack of conversation during services: One customer mentioned that they felt ignored and had no conversation with the technician during their pedicure. This could indicate a lack of engagement and personal connection with customers, creating a less enjoyable experience.
4) Attempted upselling and overcharging: One customer felt that they were being overcharged and that the technician was trying to skip the manicure step. This indicates a weakness in communication and transparency, which can lead to customer dissatisfaction and a lack of trust.
5) Gel nail peeling issues: Another comment mentioned that the gel nails started peeling within a week. This indicates a potential weakness in the application or product quality, as the gel should ideally last longer without issues.
Overall, Fancy Nails has strengths in terms of affordability, attention to detail, and long-lasting gel nails. However, there are weaknesses in terms of customer service, consistency, attempted upselling, and gel nail quality. These areas need improvement to provide a better overall experience for customers.
