First of all I had a appointment and I still had to wait a super long time. The lady that did my pedicure did an awful job. She spent a hour trimming my toe nails and then all she did for the pedicure was rub lotion on my legs, something I should have not had to pay $25 for! I thought the lady that did my nails did a great job but after only 3 days my GEL polish started to chip. I spent a great deal of money so I wish I could have received better quality nails especially since I paid extra for gel so this wouldn’t happen..
This place is a joke. I rarely leave reviews because I like to give people/businesses the benefit of the doubt but one too many times have I scheduled an appointment here and upon arrival the tech has begun working on a walk in customer. What is the point of scheduling an appointment?
Firstly, I came to this place since it was close. However, I would rather pay money for my three year old niece to do a pedicure. The guy was rude when asked if they used latex gloves (I have an allergy). After another patron stepped in to reiterate that I have an allergy, he said he could do my feet. First red flag. Then he cut my toe. Continued to attempt to dig at my cuticle. I don’t have feet that require such “digging” plus he already cut me so i told him to proceed to the next toe. He got upset and told me $20 dollars. Didn’t color. Didn’t finish. Didn’t apologize. The nerve to act as if I’m subservient to him. Now he cut me with minimal bleeding but, i didn’t come in there like that. Yet he wanted $20. The worst place.
I love it, they did a great job with my nails and the prices are the best I seen in polk county.
Love their work and that they take their time to ensure it is a job well down ❤️♥️????.
Went there once for a manicure got it done by a lady she did an amazing job!!! I went there a second time got a manicure again and this time i got it done by one of the males employee and he didn’t do a very good job still i went back to give the place another try. This time i got a full set and as you could tell they did an awful job. The rhinestone fell off 3 hrs after i got my nails done. Will not be going back
I got my eye brow waxed which was okay but the pedicure was not it they do not scrub your feet or take the time to actually do a full pedicure session
I am not one to leave reviews but I had to this time. I would not recommend this place at all! I went in there to get a gel manicure and when I walked in, stood in front of their counter for a few minutes and no one came to greet me or see what I needed. A customer that was there told me where the lady was so I went to her. She asked me what I needed and I told her. She then starts talking to a man that was also working there in their language while smiling. Then Says to me “ I can’t take you, I have her ( the customer that was seating there) I’m sorry and walked away before I could even get a word in. The place was empty. 1 customer drying her nails and the lady waiting when I came in. I went at 3 o’clock and the place closes at 6pm. So I was confused as to why she couldn’t take me in. I have NEVER gone to a nail salon and been treated that way. Would not be returning there again!
