Terrible service. I arrived, and no one acknowledged me for a full minute. When I gently asked or my type of service, and if I could return in 10minutes, the nail tech at the first chair rudely responded you want to do it now or in 10minutes? I don't know what will happen in ten minutes!!
If someone had called in for an appointment for the said time, would they have gotten such a harsh answer?
This is the second time I have walked in and been spoken to in a very impertinent manner.
May their business fail for lack of customer appreciation.
I am very disappointed with them. I’ve been there several times and they normally do a great job. This time a young girl with glasses did my S & S nails and they started chipping 2 days later. I had 3 nails that were shipped and broken in less than a week. I called the shop and they informed me to. I went in and they acted as if they didn’t recall speaking with me. They refused to put a tip on my broken nail and all she did was reshape my nails and added another clear coat on my nails. 2 days later they started to do the same thing. The clear coat started pealing and another one has chipped. My S & S normally last at least 3 weeks. I will NEVER return to Fairburn Nail Spa again!!!!!!!
I have been on and off with this place for years, and they continue to decline. The woman who just did my pedicure could care less about my feet. Instead of manually cleaning the cuticle, she used a nail drill and burned me twice without care, and drilled the gel off of my toes so rough that she thinned the underlying nail. She barely scrubbed my feet and was done in 8 minutes!!! When it was time for her to paint, I stopped her and quietly paid and left. Her demeanor was off-putting and she did an awful job. I am never going back!
The owner first booth was very rube the women that did my feet didn't understand English and the owner got loud with me ..she was rough with my feet after me telling her my ankle was swollen she seem to show no concern at all..when it was time to pay she sat beside me to see if I was giving a tip then she didn't like the amount I gave they spoke in their language..just rude won't go back and very out dated inside old needs a real upgrade
Bob did a wonderful job on my nails and was fast too. This was my first visit and definitely won't be my last. Great work!!❤️
The worse mani, pedi I ever got. Nails wasn't trim evenly no scrub for for feet, no massage nor lotion after mani. Smh
I went to get my nails filled in last Wednesday. This was my second time going there. Only went there because the regular person that does my nails was unavailable. The guy that did my nails was ok. The shop is very dirty, the pedicure chairs are peeling. They definitely need an upgrade in this shop. Yesterday the gel on my one of my nails started peeling off. You could literally just peel the gel off. Never had this happen before. I went in the shop to let them know what happened. One of the ladies not sure of her name was so unprofessional. She started fussing in front of the customers that were in there telling me it's because my overlay on the nails was old. that lady was so rude it's ridiculous. I'd never treat a paying customer so poorly. Not true I just got my over lay redone two nail visits ago. I continued to tell her this has never happened before and what does that have to do with my gel polish peeling off. She fussed the whole time while repainting one nail. This lady's attitude was beyond disgusting. That was the only nail that needed to be repainted. I will never use this nail shop again. I will not recommend this nail shop to anyone. Probably why the 2 times I've been in there they've been kind of empty. They don't know how to treat that customers that help keep the business open.
the woman who did my nails was amazing, I forgot to unlock my card to pay and she let me use her phone, not to mention she was very kind the whole time, love love love ❤
