It really just depends on which tech you get, there is one there that I prefer and the others not so much. This is my second choice when my go to is not available but I will only let one person here work on me after testing them all out.

The lady did such a good job on my eyebrows and was very nice. It had been over a year since I last had them done but she didn't say anything about how bad they looked and was very patient with me.

They got me in to get my eyebrows threaded within 30 minutes of me calking. She was friendly and took her time to make sure she fixed my eyebrows that another eyebrow salon messed up a few months ago (too thin and one higher than the other). Normally places shame me if I wait too long in between getting my eyebrows done, but she didn't mention it. She was very understanding when I told her why I waited so long (so they could grow out). She fixed them and made sure I liked them before I left. Also she took her tjme and didn't rush, so it didn't hurt nearly as bad as it typically does at other places.

This place is unprofessional and thoughtless. A person went in for eyebrow wax and was told your skin is too broken out. They refused to do it. Ok fine, but knowing people in a public place could be embarrassed perhaps offer an option like threading instead of out and out telling them nope you have broken out skin. Kindness and professionalism goes a long way. You have lost her business. Our business and I guarantee we will spread the word.

I experienced patience from this lady. An eyebrow threading, individual eyelashes, a great variety of name brand purses and jewelry. She helped did my brows once upon a time from Eyebrows Arch and ever since- bc she's so kind and good at her job-I have been going to Eyebrows On Point. Much love. Nice lighting. Nice environment.
