I haven't allowed anyone near my eyebrows for over a decade because they've always taken more than I wanted. In this experience, she would thread then gave me the mirror often so I could feel comfortable. I am very satisfied and happy I finally tried her out, Shabbana is her name. Added a before so you can see how careful she was with my request.

This is the worst eyebrow threading I have ever received. As you see in the photo - completely uneven, one is substantially thicker than the other, and I can’t even get them evened out because the other one is far too thin. I asked for a cleanup and she took half my eyebrow off.

The owner is so nice, she’s fast and great at threading, and it’s a great price. Go here for eyebrow threading in Chicago!

My favorite spot downtown and have normal prices. I live in the Southloop a lady was charging 20$. I rather take this small drive better customer service and affordable prices!

RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION! Most painful threading experience I’ve ever had and also the worst results. They’re so uneven I look like I’m having a stroke! I said “just clean them up, keep the arch.” I have one straight across line on one side, totally took the top of my eyebrow clean off! Not to mention they’re swelling like crazy, another problem I’ve never had in the 13 years I’ve gotten my eyebrows done. I can feel hairs that were just broken off, not actually removed at the follicle. It was such an awful experience. If you value symmetry in your eyebrows, this is not the place for you. Learn from my mistakes while I grow these out for the next 3 months!

I love coming here to thread my eyebrows! The owner is such a lovely lady. As you can see in my photos, she shaped my eyebrows so well! I don’t trust anyone else in Chicago. The store is clean, neat, and well decorated.

Overall good, but avoid this place on Tuesdays. The main eyebrow threading lady is great but the one who is here on Tuesdays is entirely incompetent and completely rude.
