First of all I do not recommend this place to do your eyebrows. The Indian lady there did a horrible job first of all I’m known to have thick eyebrows and she made them super thin. With a slit gap and it’s totally noticeable. Just be aware!! She has no compassion and did not even apologize.
Let me start off by saying I've been here a thousand times but today I literally had to walk out. First of all, the lady who was threading did not have a mask on secon d of all she had the thread in her mouth with COVID and this monkey pox going on that was a negative for me so I will not return until or if they get it together.
This was my second time here, and I absolutely love this place. Both times, Geeta took care of doing my eyebrows, and she did an amazing job! Great place to get your eyebrows done! I love how she always does my eyebrows I would highly recommend to come check out this place..
I've been here 3 times and the first two times were great, I had this younger lady do thread my eyebrows and I wish I could remember her name. But she did a great job. This last time I went in and it was awful. I wrote down my name and number and waited in my car because usually they ask you to wait outside until they call your phone. I waiting for 50 mins and finally decided to go in and see if maybe I put down the wrong number. I went in and looked at the check in paper and saw that they were taking in customers that signed in after me! They crossed my name off as well. So I told the lady I have been waiting outside for almost an hour and that I thought I was supposed to get a call. She was rude and didn't apologize. Instead acted like I was in inconveniencing her! She then took me and did my eyebrows in a rush. Didn't ask me how I wanted them done. She took off way too much and tweezed the beginning of my eyebrows and made me bleed. I was so upset because I got them done for my engagement pics and had to use more makeup than usual to make them look better.
I have been to so many different eyebrows places in the high desert and this is the only place I go now. They are quick, friendly, and do a fantastic job. I love coming here and I get the best results. I have weird eyebrows and they always make them even and perfect.
It was our first time going into this place to do my daughter's eyebrows, she loved it even though they charged twice more comparing the place she used to go to and they charge you $1 if you use card.
If I could get my eyebrows done elsewhere I would. Unfortunately, this is the only place open in my area right now. The employee asked my friend to wait outside even though we were the only two people in the waiting area. On top of that, she argued with me when I explianed to her that they should change their store hours online to reflect their new store hours.
Lady was really nice and so was the place. I feel she messed up my eyebrows i do have a mole on my eyebrow so i understand its a little more difficult to shape them but i literally had 5 months of growing eyebrows to work with. Im also bleeding in about 3 places because she took a couple pinches of my skin off. and 8$ was NOT worth it ive always paid 5$ ans got way better results
