The staff is friendly, and place is clean. I’ll give them that. Their massage chairs really massage your back as well…. But it doesn’t add up for the way their service is. Two of my nails have broken off at the end and there was still paint on my fingers when I left the shop. My thumb nail is clumpy and I don’t know why. I had to ask for another coat because she was leaving the white strikey instead of getting a new bottle. Nice lady but wouldn’t go back, decent price but just not worth it. Update *** it’s only been 3 days all of the GEL paint is chipping and my real nails are breaking , I’m so upset waste of money.

I go here all the time when I’m in Jersey City and they always do a great job when i get gel manicures and pedicures! My gel pedi lasts for 2 months and it still looks good even if my nails are grown. Nice people too!

Please believe the reviews. This was the fourth and last visit to this location. As you can see in the photos, I had requested a gel manicure and pedicure, but received something completely different. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the work done by their employees. After my visit on Wednesday, I had to return the next day because the GEL manicure did not last more than 24 hours. I returned today to get it fixed and ended up with the same results. I was an advocate for this location for a short amount of time because they were efficient. Unfortunately, their service has regressed and I will no longer use their services.

I felt rushed off my chair and my toes and nails show.

Will never return.

Its OK..I think they use CHEAP GEL. It doesn't last, peels off and you better not sanitize your hand... polish gone ????????????????????????????????I had to get a few touched up????

Look at this there’s only been five days after I got my nails done it is a total disaster and I keep trying to get this place a chance and I’m going them for years and I always leave unsatisfied why do I keep going back because I feel like I’m a loyal customer but I’m not doing it no more I’m done this is a disgrace and I see a lot of people are saying this place is horrible I wouldn’t recommend going to here anymore!

And the fact that I got a whole new set and it looks like my nails been on for four weeks

Rose did my nails and eye brows!! Amazing job and so delicate. She removes all my cuticles, file the nails so perfect!! I become her client for ever!!! Very sastified????????????????????????????

I would never step foot in this place again, I thought it was such a joke. I asked for a simple gel manicure and I left with bumpy nail beds. I felt rushed probably took 20 minutes and I was out the chair. The top coat was all over my fingers . Then I have no idea why I stayed for a pedicure because it was just as bad. The lady did absolutely nothing and then painted my nails super slow to just have the white paint everywhere. Then to end as I was paying they charged my car $650 instead of $65. It was canceled but very unprofessional and rushed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I went in for a simple acrylic nail removal. The woman who attended me nearly ripped off my natural nails from the nail bed, attempting to remove the nails with pliers. I literally screamed in agony. Then she put me in a dirty corner to soak my nails in acetone. The desk she sat me at was absolutely filthy, filled with food, and ridden with cockroaches. I didn't leave immediately because she had cut off the top of my nails and my natural nail bed was literally hanging on for dear life. Then she went on to attend another customer so I had to wait for whoever was available to remove my nails. This was literally the worst service I've ever experienced. I never write google reviews but this was absolutely atrocious. Their nail instruments are filthy and rusty and literally looked they haven't been cleaned in years. I'll be surprised if I don't get a fungi infection after this service. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your money at this disgusting place.
