Kenny was great! My French tips look great and the color on my toes ( not featured but still great)does too! He really took his time to make everything perfect. The atmosphere of the salon is also very relaxed in general. I would recommend ????

I’m not one to spew negative reviews but I have to regarding Expert Nails & Spa. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience today that I need to share. As someone who’s has nails done professionally for easily a decade (and at this location since 2019), today was the first time a technician dremmeled through my nail into my skin. I do not get acrylics and the technician was aware my nails are real. My finger is still throbbing in pain and stings to the touch. I can only hope it recovers by tomorrow before work since not only am I left handed, but type almost nonstop.

Please see attached photos. It spewed blood and almost caused me to vomit from the pain. Clearly Nails Expert and Spa needs to have the technician retrained and to learn how to take responsibility for his actions instead of blaming the tool, since I’ve never had an injury like this before or known anyone who has. Depending on the severity this injury leads to, I may have to see a doctor as it’s a very deep injury.

Nails Expert and Spa, I expect someone to reach out regarding this injury, because it’s ridiculous and needs to be addressed. I left because the pain was immense, even though I still have leftover dip clearly on my nails because I was not going to let the technician continue after this.

The person that did my nails did an AMAZING job. He changed up the design a bit, but they still look good.

The design was sloppy and uneven, with the elements way too big for my nail. I had paint spots on two of my fingers and clear coat on one. This place was great a few years back, super disappointed!

I am in love wit my nails. Hannah never disappoints when it comes to my nails. She is by far the best nail tech I have had. Everyone of the staff there are super friendly. Love this place.

I absolutely love this place and have been going here for years. I have never walked out of here unsatisfied. I have never felt rushed nor have a ever felt like a bother. They answer any questions you have about anything, and explain why in detail. Jenny and May are amazing! My mother and I make monthly trips to see these ladies. They never disappoint

Love love love this place Jenny has been doing my nails and toes for years. She is very professional and does not rush at all. She always makes sure you are satisfied and happy with your service. She is a pleasant person and such a great tech. The entire staff had been nothing but kind and nice every visit. Highly recommend.
