It’s not worth it. I purchased a large ring light there at this store for $86.00 and soon I open the main door to leave, everything’s fell out the box, meaning that they was already opened the box, and I return the box and get a new one, because they had open the box already, And the lady gave me a new one, and later that night, when I was ready to install my new Ring light Led, a lot of stuff was missing on the box, I didn’t even have the power cord, and the next day I went back day again, I told the lady the box, even have the power cord, and she went back and Get me a new one, even the new one wasn’t working too.
Well, let me tell you something; the box has missing a lot of stuff, not even a little book for destruction, not bag, nothing, after I spent my $86.00 I wish I get it from Amazon. And I went back to the store to return it or exchange to a new one, the lady who was checking me out the day I purchased it saying that went can do anything cause you don’t have no receipt, and she saying, yes I remember you, you spent cash, we won’t be able a help you, you would need to see my manager, but the thing is, when I returned the first box they was already opened inside the store, my receipt was accidentally get inside the box, she was arguing with me and very rude. But my point is, I shouldn’t be going to this bullishit after spending my money. The thing is, the reason I didn’t buy it from amazon is because, I really need it, I didn’t want to wait to long for amazon, I wasn’t expecting that drama, I’m going to right now, the thing is, I spend my money on some thing I want, and I suspect it for that thing to work exactly how I want it, that’s why I bought it, and I’m not going to collecting trash from people that I spent so much money on . How come I’m getting so much problems after I spent my money, if y’all was doing your job, not going to those boxes taking stuff inside those boxes, if y’all was doing your job, I shouldn’t be going to that headache now, have to spend another money to buy a bring new one’s. The black lady is very rude, And I’m not going to let them get away with my money, I’m taking them to court and they will pay my times they wasting, my money plus the court fees. I would not let them get away with it, they need to respect the principle.
Essence Beauty is my Go To place. They literally have everything. There are 2 ladies there I think their names are Shanika and Nikki. They are amazing. They are very helpful and they are so knowledgeable on the products. The store is amazing guys!!!
Shaniqua was the best help I have had in for ever when I walked into a Beauty Store and asked for help. She listens to what I asked for and was able to guide me in the right direction, she was not trying to sell products, she was making sure I got what was best for me. The fact that I was able to get help right away when I asked for it????????. They have plenty of selection for everyone
Customer Service at this store was excellent. The staff were great and very knowledgeable about the products. Big shout out to Shanika she helped my wife in getting a wig and clothing. We will definitely be back
Excellent customer service. Shaneeka was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. I couldn’t make my mind up and she and Nikki was extremely patient and made awesome suggestions! Will definitely be visiting again.
Shout out to the girls at essence beauty!! I had to do my hair for a wedding and thanks to them I looked better than Beyoncé! The girls were so nice friendly and professional, thank you Nikki and special thanks to shaneka, I don’t know how she was on the cash register and still managed to be so helpful. She told me what hair to purchase and it all payed off. I will definitely shop again for sure and I will send my friends to the store also! Can’t thank you all enough ❤️
When it comes to top notch customer service you have to ask for Shaneka at the Essence Beauty. I won’t lie, choosing my hair products can be a challenge, but she makes the process less tedious. She will direct me to the area or physically walk me to where the products are. She goes above and beyond for her customers.
I bought a wig today and it was the best customer service I’ve ever had at any beauty supply. I will definitely be a returning customer .
