So I’m typically not one to leave negative reviews on small businesses but I was a bit upset with the quality of my nails for what I paid for them (almost $90 including tip). I showed the lady the last picture and walked out with this. The lady was SO sweet and I’m sure they’ll last, but it’s frustrating not loving something and paying an above normal amount for them, especially when there are so many places in Savannah that could have done better. They were really nice people but I was not impressed.
Pedicure went great. Manicurist ignored me for the most part and talked to their friend. Which is fine. But she dug into my nail bed since she wasn’t paying much attention. I ended up getting an infection in my finger. Super painful for a few weeks. I had to get antibiotics from Urgent Care and it drained. The Manicure was June 11. This photo was from today, it’s finally starting to heal over a month later. Never again will I come here.
The staff at Envy is amazing! There were more than accommodating and friendly. I was in from another state and they quickly took me as a walk in, no waiting. I’ll tell you this was the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had! Even better than my regular person back home! I’ve been home now for nearly 2 weeks and my manicure and pedicure look just as perfect as the day I had them done!
Disappointed! Pedi shaping & paint doesnt look professional. My legs were slimy from the oil when I left there even. Another girl did my hands & she did good. She offered to fix my toes but I chose not to because my toes were hurting from the previous tech & still hurting. The girl kept digging in with her nails to fix mistakes. On. Every. Single. Toenail. The atmosphere was nice, techs were friendly, results were just not it, especially for the high prices.
Worst gel manicure/pedicure I have ever received. Got it done on Thursday and finger gel polish peeling/chipping by Sunday. In addition, toenail gel polish was discolored within 24 hours of having done. Polish was well over the nail and onto the skin. Technicians smoked their vapes around the manicure area and spoke poorly about the way business was run in shop. There were moments when I was waiting for technician to finish Instagram scrolling to apply next coat of polish. Everyone was very kind and I do believe they have talented technicians but I did not those individuals.
Took me 2 hours to get seated and when I finally got seated I had to wait an hour soaking off my nails in acetone until my fingers were red, when she finally did my nails they were sloppy, uneven and when I got them taken off turns out the gave me a fungal infection!!! Now my nails are yellow do not recommend. This is my nails now.
The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The water was cold, the chair was dirty and falling apart. Taylor who did my pedicure was so rude and her acrylic nails were so long that she wasn’t able to hold my toes to shape my toenails. She never even said hi or even told me her name. Her and her coworker next to me were were going back and forth and being rude to each other. The absolute worst experience. It looks like a little kid did my pedicure.
Worst and most painful manicure of my life. I know it sounds dramatic, but I’ve been getting manicures since I was a little girl and am 31 now and never had an experience like this. The girl picked at my nails, skin, and cuticles with all her tools and caused several very painful cuts. I would highly discourage going here
