Lisa is amazing very talented in the industry of nails. Love the f outta her art work. Lashes on be on point. Eyebrows on fleek as well.
I have been going to Lisa for many years and I must say this was the first and the worst experience I have ever had!! I got my nails dipped two less than weeks ago and they are breaking off and cracking as I type! One hand is thicker then the other, making them uneven and why I feel like my nails are breaking. Not to mention these are my natural nails, no tip and wanted them to continue to grow! The nail tech had an Horrible attitude, because I miss understood what Lisa told me about what I actually wanted and even though I apologized for the misunderstanding, she was in her feelings and didn't complete the job correctly. Again like I said I've been going there for years and have never had anything like this happen!! Sorry Lisa for the rating but... it is what it is!
Horrible service. Very unprofessional people in this place! Mainly LISA!!! Lisa sits back and curse and is always late to open business. Business says she opens at 9:30 and she don’t open until 12:00 & 1:00! Call her she gives you a time then does something to her phone to not accept calls and then don’t show at the time she say she will arrive! Every single service is cheap but it deserves to be cheaper because none of her services last!
The prices are affordable, but it’s hard to appreciate that when these people MAINLY LISA is soooooo unprofessional! She NEVER open on time, so God forbid you have plans and go by the time online or on her door to get your nails done.. if she’s in a rush, bec at 3 she has to go pick up her kids SHELL GIVE UOU RUSHED WORK. I wanted my nails a specific way and bec she was in a rush she told me I couldn’t get my nails that way. & expect to be in the nails shop for 5 hours! was in love with her work, but she is so unprofessional it’s unbearable!

She has been my nail tech for more than 15 years.......I followed her from Top Nails...never had a problem...I pass several nail shops before getting to Empress but her skill is unmatched......I live about 30 minutes from this shop and will always travel for her services.....shes the best hands down ❤❤❤❤????????????
