I had such a great experience! This was my first time getting my brows threaded & tinted, and a lash lift/tint. I am so happy with the results! Thank you for being so kind and patient! You were extremely professional and did an amazing job. Highly recommend EM lash studio for your threading, tinting, and lash needs! ❤️
Lady put so much glue on my eyes my eyes are so irritated. And they burn. Refuses to give a refund. And my eyebrows are uneven. They want to redo it. My eyes are so irritated I'm not letting people who messed them up redo anything on me again. This is ridiculous!!!!! How can you run a business and mess up someone's eyes!!!!!!
23 minutes late then left me sitting in a chair for 12 minutes while she walked out of studio and had her children screaming in the back. The entire time she was leaning over my head yelling at her children while they screamed and cried. She jerked my head in positions. Dropped glue on my under eye and then tried to get it off with tweezers while pinching that area 3 times. Upon checkout I presented my 40$ gift card and she told me I had to pay half and could only use half the gift card and could come back another time and use the other half. Not the best experience for sure. Very unprofessional for this one worker.
I went last minute no appointment and received eyebrow threading/shaping and tinting as well as lash extensions. Right away. Price was affordable and I absolutely love my results. I cannot believe I waited this long. I will definitely be back again. I absolutely have been made to feel beautiful. Revised: lashes fell out in three days then rest less than a week. I’ll find someone else to do them next time.
Great experience!! Had eyelash extensions, brow color & threading. Only took 20-30 min & was super happy with the results. Cost is very reasonable too. Will definitely be a repeat customer!!????
I went there expecting individual lashes, cause when I called and asked the last who answered said “yes we do individual. Came in and had options for 3 different cluster types.
I told her okay… can I get a natural lol she say okay and gave me the smallest size, so I guess they was natural but super short.
She did a good and fast job, just not what I was expecting.
I absolutely can't say enough good things about EM LASH STUDIO located inside Shepherdsville Walmart! I've had numerous services done there, as well as my daughter and son. I have had my eyebrows shaped, tinted as well as eyelash extensions. I couldn't be more pleased with what a great job Nittie does! My eyebrows tend to be on the thin side but she always threads them, tints them and makes them look full and flawless! However out of all the services I've had done my favorite was the lash lift! I also had them tinted to add that extra wow factor and my lashes look amazing! It gives you that "I just woke up like this look!" I can't recommend enough you stop in and try some of their services! Plus the prices are very reasonable and once you go I guarantee you will be a customer for life!
I love this place , I drive all the way from Oldham County to see them. What I love about them is , they listen. I tell them too dark and they offer lighter (,eyebrows ) tinting .
Really good people and always ready. This is why I drive an hour or so . Good people. Easy to talk to. I'll keep coming back. Thanks guys . Looking fresh!
