Great quality wigs! I had a consultation

in their store and they gave me great suggestions and very useful information about wigs, which is how i think i had a better experience than some other negative reviews I’ve seen (however, this is my first experience with wigs so I’d like to add that as well). I bought the wig few weeks ago. So far, so good! Easy to get adjusted to wearing and it is real hair and looks authentic. I am really pleased so far and have felt taken care of by the customer service at Elsa Hair Supply—even teaching me how to put it on properly. Many women associate their beauty & femininity with their hair—I have dealt with unexplained hair loss during covid, and I feel like I have a lot of my confidence back with the ability to wear this out and style it as if it were my own hair. You can tell the attention to detail as well—down to the scalp, it looks like it is mine! I have received compliments on how good my hair looks and shock from the few people I’ve told that this is a wig. I have yet to do my first wash, but I am looking forward to wearing this wig more and hopefully continuing to purchase from Elsa Hair Supply. Thank you so much!

I had a terrible experience at Elsa hair supply As a business owner my self I understand the importance of providing great customer service. I arrive to her store a few minutes before 5 it was my first time there and I did not know the hours she was very rude from the begging however she said we can come in. She asked us to try to be quick cause she needed to leave as it was her birthday. We wished her a happy birthday thanked her for allowing us in and were very cordial and respectful.We tried to look as quick as possible and purchased 2 wigs for a total of 125$ however this purchased was made in a rush as she kept asking us to hurry the entire time we were there. We advised her it was our first time buying one so we were not sure what to get. That was yesterday, this morning we went there to exchange the wigs we purchased in there new packaging completely intact for a more expensive wig $250 and the same clerk was rude upon our arrival did not great us say good morning or anything instead went into speaking about how she did not force us to buy the wigs and how it was not her fault we came at that time. She then stated she could not do the exchange cause she was not the owner of the store but clearly she is!!!! Over all very bad customer service not reasonable don’t shop where your not respected or treated with common courtesy. There is a no refund no exchange sign but there are exceptions to that when the merchandise is in its original packaging and the owner of the store was rushing you the entire time you were there and giving you bad service. I asked her to do a one time courtesy due to the circumstances of the situation and the service we were provided but, she refused she stated the owner is in China! but she is the owner according to the neighbors! She made my mother extremely upset with her lack of common courtesy and behavior so we decided to leave.

This beauty supply is really professional and has such beautiful wigs and lashes. Def come here if you need a quick fix and cute look!! Love it

This was a horrible experience. This woman didn’t look up from her phone once. And I wasn’t even allowed to stand at the counter to get a better look. She took the wigs down that I wanted to see and went back to her phone and I had to wait behind the sign and look from there. Without seeing the inside or touching the wig she told me all of them were $350 no matter what length or style I asked for and confined to look down at her phone. I wouldn’t dare spend my money here.

I like supporting this beauty supply because their products are best quality the pricing is good. If searching for human lace wigs and a unique color, this is the best place to go. I was able to get help quickly to find what I needed. The items were well stocked and easily seen. The lady was helpful and friendly. I had no issue to touch the wig and getting what I needed. I got a 24 inches body wave wig with HD lace. The hair is so soft, full and length is even longer than 24 inches and it looks very long. No smell No shedding. The lace is thin also matches my skin tone very well. My hair styelist like the wig and she said it is very good unit and knots are small. I am so in love with this wig and I got a lot of compliments. Don't hesitate to visit this wig store, you won't regret believe me! Elsa is best wig store in town. I recommend their wigs for everyone. I will be back again!

This place is awesome, the customer service is great ! They have competitive pricing in human lace wig and hair extensions. My friend refers me here because they have great quality wig and the lace of the wig is so good for marching my skin tone. I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wig. The density is excellent and the length of the wig is good for 40 inches. The wig smells good and no shedding. I will definitely make this my new wig supply store!
