I really like this place they do a great job. The owners even recognized me, and remembered what I had done, although I had not been there for over 2 years. Good prices, great job, they got 2 of us in immediately, without an appointment. My only feedback is to really listen to customers when they say what they want. And, I prefer pedicures where the gel type nails can be done while sitting in pedicure chair, which would make it more comfortable for the client and the pedicurist. With that said, still my favorite place!
Very friendly Terry is amazing she did my nails exactly what I asked for, it's not easy finding a good nail tech that actually listens to the way I want my nails done. Most definitely I will be going back to Terry for my nails. Thank you Terry ???? I love my nails..
If I could give 0 stars I would. The West Jordan location of elite nails is using illegal product and it caused me to lose my entire nail! When I was in there getting them done as well she had her whole family in their including her small grandchild who she was hugging the whole time. When she took some of my broken acrylics off that I had on from a previous set she just ripped them off with a tool and it hurt so bad no soaking no filing. The tables at the back of the salon we’re covered in things just piled up and overall it was not clean. It took over an hour and a half to soak off the illegal product known as monomer. It was a goo consistency which anyone who has acrylic knows it shouldn’t soak off like that. After soaking them off my nails were completely destroyed when they looked fine before she put the new stuff on. Avoid this place like your life depends on it.
Overpriced for bad nails, my girlfriend and her cousin went and her cousin nails don’t match and the nails super thick and about to fall off. They’re clumpy. And the nails side to side don’t look the same

I went in to get my nails filled. They overfilled and flooded my nails. The nails were very thick and were super wide and did not make my hands look good in the slightest. I wanted to switch my nail shape from almond to coffin and she said we could and then she didn't. When I left the store, certain nails already looked like they were close to needing a fill and others were so flooded I didn't think my nail could grow out. My nails had little dents and divots in them before I could even leave the store. The staff was rude and just jerked your hand around instead of asking you to move it. The store was very full and messy, and they did not have good customer service. The only good thing from the experience was that I only paid $23. I definitely paid for what I received.
I would never recommend this place. I dont usually write bad reviews bc it makes me feel bad but they charged me 85$ for my full set and a design and the design was ugly and I wanted these nails to last until after the holidays bc I got them 2 days before christmas. The day after christmas 2 nails already snapped. So 85 dollars to enjoy nails that were not cute and costed 85$ ... this was wildly unacceptable. I will never be coming back and will tell people to avoid so they dont get ripped off
They were very friendly and kind. Walked in without an appointment, at 7:30. They saw me for a pedicure and full set! Pedicure was great nails were mediocre at best. while I appreciated they appreciated my time, felt like I was cattle being rushed. If they would have slowed down and not been in such a rush they could have payed attention to detail and the thickness of my nails. They are quite uneven too. I would expect this kind of service at a low priced salon, not one so high. The salon was not clean it was very cluttered. Had a mattress and a few bicycles and other random things stacked in the corner. All in all I would have to change my experience to a 2. I have since experienced a salon that has better prices, services, and cleanliness. That is why I feel I need to change my review and amount of stars.
