First time here and absolutely loved the friendliness! Love the color for the dip. Unfortunately, the work done for dip services was very sloppy :( My natural nails have been filed too much on the side making my nails look deformed and lots of left over dip crusted near my cuticles.

Lee(Kim) & Celine were lovely, as was the whole staff. They were well staffed and busy with both appointments and walk ins, so be patient, it is worth it. My hubs & I both got the delux pedicures. We were very happy with the relaxing and thorough job they did. I found it to be a better price than I have paid in other towns. 2 weeks past & they are still looking good!

I am always treated with such disrespect for whatever reason.

Elegant spa is such a convenient place for the neighborhood area but I would rather drive further vs. having to leave with my cuticles bleeding by such repetitive careless interactions.

On a side note - As I was notifying my tech that I was bleeding, I was told to calm down and keep still.

I asked politely to be wiped with alcohol to clean the bleeding areas and in response, I received an eye roll.

I was also told very aggressively, to move my phone by the woman who was seating a new customer next to me.

What a quick way to always ruin a great mood..

Not for me. Wait was long . I asked to her change gloves after she was done filing off another ladies pedicure. She was upset that I asked her to do so and she even had holes in both of her gloves . She changed one glove and was very upset with me. Before she started on my nails she said ok and here you wanna fight with me more. She then later was upset that I couldn't pick a color and when I did she didn't have that one for me available. She said everything else but the one. I said ok and chose another color and she was very rude in demeanor while doing my nails. She tried to pretend to say ok thank you so much but it didn't make up for what she said or how she treated me. I later apologized to her and said I'm sorry if I was rude even though I know I wasn't and then told her I recently had an infection on my foot and I Was Just more concerned about that not happening on my hands too. She just muffled a noise to me and continued to talk her other co workers. It was only 33 plus tip which I tipped 6 dollars for even when i probably should not. I should have just left. And not tipped. They were treating all the other women

Women if you are of color or not a regular there please do not do yourself a deisservice and go. Saw multiple review of women with this same problem and issue. I thought it was an off thing and someone was having a bad day it's not, it's how they treat people daily.

I’ve had two manicures here and the attention they spent to the details is the best I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I was pushed around. She did not speak English. There were plenty of customers, but it seemed the older customers like myself were treated poorly. I’ll will NOT be back.

Depends on the nailist, it will show different results. Or i think the quality of their product is just not great.

Using "Gelixer(?)", the name of the product is never recommended in general. It started peel off in less than a day.

I did this powder and gel set less than a week ago. Loved the color. But look at how it is looks right now. It is been only LESS THAN A WEEK....

I do not work for carpenter, or mechanic. Why the nail needs to start cracking and bubbling.

I don't think i would like to go back.

They did an amazing job! Cathy was my nail tech and she was friendly, didn't make me feel rushed, and the results were beautiful. I'll definitely be back!
