First time eating here tonight, and the food is amazing! All freshly cooked in front of you plus nice staff too.. will definitely be returning

I ordered a chicken tikka masala with rice and chips. The amount salt was unbearable. I couldn’t eat it, passed it to the other half and she couldn’t eat it either. They said sorry, no refund.

Ordered few different curries and have to say it was absolutely lovely. Extremely well cooked. All the flavours of the spices came through. Top marks to the chef and team. Amazing service from these guys. Most definitely ordering from here again.

Travelled to Eastern spice after a recommendation! The food was very very good, also was able to see the food being cooked so you know its fresh. They were happy to accommodate for any changes you wished to make to the food, really good quality food and cracking service will recommend to others!

Easily the best Indian takeaway in Castleford. The food is always spot on and the staff really friendly. I've been going here for years and never had a bad curry. Friends have also been amazed by how good it is after we've convinced them to give it a go.

Really sorry to put a bad review but just got a order that cost over 25 quid which came a hour n half after it was taken. Came, cold, bland dry and tasteless plus was dripping with fat. Ordered from these before and wasn’t so bad. But this time has really let themselves down. Hope anyone who orders don’t get a bad meal like we did.

First time we have ordered takeaway from eastern spice, the counter guy gave my younger daughter a small tray of the masala to try, she loved it, the chicken Rogan Josh was lovely, as was the chicken madras, we have a few other places to try however I will go back to eastern spice again, very enjoyable.

Absolutely delicious food. there tikka masala chicken was extraordinary. great look to the shop brings out the colour in my eyes. cant stress enough how lovely the food and people are. great after a long night out with the lads. love some asian food after a few bottles of ciroc pineapple and some redbull. the people aare absolutely amaz balls and treat you with the upmost respect. i would definitley recommend it after a night out and remember my fellow white people DONT GO IN DRUNK
