I had a pretty bad experience here and felt uncomfortable because the nail tech was visibly annoyed with me telling her I wanted gel instead of white tip. She ASSUMED I wanted white tips and got angry when I said I wanted white gel polish. She didn’t say one thing to me the entire time and was kinda of aggressive when handling my hands. She added a tan base coat for some reason, on a French manicure. I felt like she was just a terrible nail tech so there was no fixing these. I paid for the service and left immediately. These were nails for my WEDDING. Ended up going to another salon outside of Starke to have them fixed which they look amazing now and the other tech could not believe that is how I walked out of there. See photos for the work below.
I went a got the marble purple a white went for a fill in and got the same thing but for the price they should be flawless! They have bubbles in them some are darker than others, just like she wanted to get it done an over with!!! It was $65 FOR A FILL AN 2 WAS BROKE THEY R NOT THE SAME LENGTH AN I WILL SOAK THESE OFF AS THEY GROW OUT AN DRIVE TO MIDDLEBURG WHERE I USUALLY GO FEOM NOW ON!
As you can see on the photos, she messed up my middle finger. It’s not even shaped right and my pointy finger in my ring finger are the ones that she redone. They are longer than any of the other ones. I just don’t understand you be nice you tip and they STILL MESS UP!!!!!
My first time going here and it will definitely be my last and I want recommend them to no one! I went today for my birthday for a pedicure I also had a voucher that was giving to me to get my nails done the younger guy I did not like how he did my pedicure he cut all my real toe nails down so low that it looks like some one ate my nails the older man put acrylic on my big toe and it’s lumpy uneven and then was about to put a fake nail on my toes and I said loudly you better not put that on my toes sir! Unacceptable they ruin my birthday!
Always a good time at DS. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Owners Sheena and Danh are experts at their craft. I've never had a bad Mani or Pedi there.
I went here every other Monday to get a new set or fill in. But the situation that happened to make me stop going was when I left out a few 0's on the tip pad (was dealing with my toddler) and the owner chased me down while I was almost to my car, and told me to come back in cause I left 10 cent's instead of $10 ???? I've always tipped and just felt embarrassed like I tried to run out on paying or something!! I had people looking at me and it was crazy.

Not sure how other customers have had bad experiences. Anytime I have asked for something to be fixed or changed they do what I've asked. I've been coming here for years and the staff are very helpful, friendly and talented. I always get designs on my nails, my daughter too. If we show them a photo they do their best to recreate it.. most of the time their spot on with it. I often find that they have very creative designs themselves and don't have to even have my own. The salon is very very clean and well maintained.. I won't go to another salon.
